Nicely located downtown. I never have to wait too long when coming to this location, I'm always almost in and out with what I needed. This is also the most aesthetically pleasing location. With it being downtown and connected to other county offices/buildings, it has some of, if not THE best decor of all branches. The only problem with this location is the lack of outdoor ATMs and having a line build up on the one.

We chose EECU to get our car loan since they had the best rates. Michelle was our financial services representative, and she was excellent. She was able to assist us through the whole process, and promptly had our check available once it was time to pick up the car. I recommend making an appointment before you visit. There are a few metered parking spots in front of the building.

One stars is too many For the treatment I got here. So I was visiting the bank like. I usually do once a month to make my payments . I Was in line like everybody else and there was this lady in front of Me. I wasn't even close to her, I was about 2-3 feet away. Well, this lunatic decided to turn around and tell me that I needed to watch my space And that the line isn't going to go any faster. I told her I'm not even worried of that. Then she started talking stuff And these other profanities. Of course, I responded to her and I told her I didn't care what she had to say. And I wasn't moving anywhere and the only one that was violating my space was her. Well, she was so entitled and mad. The manager came out and decided to let her cut to everybody including several african american ladies that were in the front of this woman and myself. The manager didn't care that me and another woman said that we wanted to file complaint for our treatment. It was crazy That the bank respected a raging lunatic who started all of a sudden, telling me things, ( I think somone w mental health) that I needed to be several feet away from her When I was minding my own business being several feet away from her. This lunatic continued to walk outside the bank and also was yelling profanities as my 2 children saw. Also, the bank did not even allow me to cut others the way they allowed that lady to do so. And I found that completely bias and disrespectful. The manager also asked me a lot of questions of what was the reason I was at the bank, assuming that I shouldn't even be there When I am actually an educator who's been banking with that bank for several years. I hate to have experienced bigotry, so violent in my face . I did get a picture. And I hope the bank acknowledges its other customers and does not take continue to take sides, I hope the manager gets to see it & maybe just maybe he shouldnt assume that i dont belong in the bank which is called bigotry and discriminatory. Oh, by the way, they had another lunatic laying down on the ground in the bank! It's not a safe place...

This bank scam their own client. If you gonna bank with EECU make sure you keep track of your spending. Business could had withdrawn money from your bank account and EECU will refuse to display the transaction on your statement until 10 days later. Hoping that you will overdraft.

I went to pick up a new ATM card.I left my old card inside the ATM machine. The teller was not understanding what i was saying.I told him I was told to pick up a new one. He kept saying i won't get it back.I said i know. I repeated that i was told to pick up another one. I told him he's not understanding, I didn't want my lost card.He said I'm not understanding and refused to help me, and sent me away, hurting my feelings.I told him he needed to lose that attitude. ?

Not enough accessable parking , and handicap parking is way too far from the business front doors. Need to relocate them to the front doors and not towards a parking entrance.

Keep in mind. I am an African-American woman. I felt that the bank teller Mai was being discriminative against me because I went to cash my school check that I always cash every month, and she said she had to approve it with her manager and then I was forced to make a credit card payment in order for the check to be cashed in. That has never happened to me. She also lied and said she had to get approval. I know that’s not true. Unpleasant experience

I've been with the EECU for about five years. Like any bank they are busy especially at end of day or on pay days. Friday at 4:00 is usually busy. So I do the ATM at different times or locations. Everyone who works here has Always been polite to me . I recently bought a car and the loan company was not the best so my Daughter had a car loan and so the helped us to buy out the loan company and to use her loan at Eecu. She banked there before I did. It took about 2 hours to get everything done, but she helped us and she's from another branch.Everyone whose a underwriter helped us that day answering questions and explaining things to all of us. Now my loan is at my bank not someplace down south. My interest is lower and I'm a lot happier. Thank you Cheyann and EECU.

Avoid this branch if you need to actually sit down and do major account things (basically anything other than what you would need with a teller). The tellers are awesome but you will end up waiting forever without even being acknowledged for the other staff.

I'm not very happy at all with the customer service today! The underwriters here really are mean and they don't treat you like a human being, just a credit score and a credit report to trample all over your soul!!!

Great bank, when someone stole money from me, they got it back. Im only doing 3 stars because their financing department isnt the best. The apr's arent the best either. I've actually been approved for 2 loans in other places before the one i call my own bank. My payment history is immaculate. My credit score is good also. Jobs are always hit and miss but none the less. My payment history proves i can be trusted. This will definitely be the last bank i will ask for a loan from. Im on my second big loan and other banks have definitely stepped up when my bank wouldn't bat an eye my way.I will say their financial advisors are incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and encouraging. Which is the only reason i tried for a loan the second time. EECU... you lost my business twice on financial loans. One for 11k and the other for 20k. Im sure thats small money to a bank. None the less, EECU has major room to improve on account holder relationships

I been with EECU for about 3 years now I NEVER EVER had a issue with them before! however i started missing money out of my account for NO REASON! THIS IS THE 4th time! all the other times I wasn’t worried but now I’m getting FED UP! 300 dollars is missing from my account and I know I didn’t spend it on anything!! everytime I try to call I never get a clear ANSWER!! I’m starting to not like this bank!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! And will not even help even if you’re on your deathbed !

Today 5-5-2020 i felt the assistant Eli racially profiled me. I was being helped by a teller named lionell and there were 5 other customers bring helped by other tellers. Eli the branch (assistant manager) walks up behind Lionell and out the blue tells me May 7th your going to have to wear a face mask. I asked why I'm the only one he's telling that to because I'm not the only one in the bank without a facial mask and i asked him to please leave me alone i won't come after 5-7-20. This disgusted me because another customer that wasn't black didn't get notified of them not having a mask on nor was she informed of their bank changes. Smh. I rarely go into their bank and this change my impression of their bank that my money is at.
