Wonderful shop. So glad they work on Subaru’s and do all scheduled maintance! Easy to make an appointment, and good communication throughout your cars visit with them. Honest and upfront with pricing. Our car has found a new shop!

Had my car diagnosed at another shop & they were unable to complete the diagnostic & only charged me $40 way less than the normal charge. Battery, starter, alternator were good. they referred me to Electrical Lab in case it was electrical. Took my car in at 8 am the next day & I had to call at 4 pm since no one reached out to me all day. Employee was explaining the “problems” & since I was on a break I told him to send me everything in writing which he agreed I would receive in 30 mins. I didn’t receive anything until the next morning at 11:30 am. They said my alternator was bad & was reading <12 V
( alternator was less than 2 yrs old), starter most likely needed to be condemned but alternator needed to be replaced 1st. (bought starter on 7/1/24, today is 8/30/24), battery was bought 5/2024. When I went in to pickup my car he was surprised that I did not want the alternator replaced. I went straight to O’Reilly’s & alternator was reading at 14.4 Volts. Was told There’s nothing wrong with your alternator, starter or battery. Which was already confirmed by the 1st shop. So this was the 2nd confirmation . I do need the engine Valve Cover replaced ( that was not an issue of the problems the car was having ) & they wanted $700 To replace it. I bought it on my own for $80. So I ended up paying Electrical Lab $425 for diagnostic help & got nothing in return for it. This is not a good start with me since I could’ve been a loyal customer & in turn referred many potential customers since I am in constant contact with the public. *** I will be asking the referring shop to please not refer their customers to Electrical Lab. FYI: DO NOT underestimate a woman with car problems.

electric lab and I had a huge misunderstanding. Richard called in hopes to better understand why I was not satisfied with the services. Unfortunately I did not understand the service being offered, and chose a service I did not need. The shop handled the situation with tact and offered to reevaluate the car to better suite my needs. Ultimately, the shop did what they said they were going to do, and end the end, made it right by me in such a way that I chose to edit the review to reflect their services better.

Checked in with agent. Didn't finish my sign in. He answered phone. Chatted with and set up app with that person .Then finished with my appointment. No appologies .
Then he proceeded to show me fuel induction material.
My car has only 35000 miles
No problems
I feel part of his job was to upsell.

great friendly atmosphere, nice waiting room enjoyed the complimentary drinks lol but most of all job well done getting my wife’s vehicle repaired.
And… Their warranty is guaranteed!.

Very helpful he did a new starter that was repaired repair to the air conditioning coolant new battery. Problem found in the engine so that has to get solved. Someday Electric laps could not do it and I think I’m gonna end up getting another car but they were so helpful.

Called Electric Lab for air conditioning work. I had been to two different shops and was told they could not repair my car. I went to the dealer, they acted like they were not concerned with my business.
Electric Lab acted like they wanted my business. I had them do the job. They did what they said they would do, repaired my car. I would go to them again for any repairs.

Timely appt, check in and complimentary drive home. Thoroughly checked all functions of my car and added Freon that my air conditioner was needing. Excellent service, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Taking me home after I dropped off my car and then picking me up when it was ready is a great bonus! I think I’ve found my ‘go-to’ wnen needed!
