Famous Footwear is a place with a decent selection, especially for kids' shoes. The staff is often described as very friendly, helpful, and providing excellent, top-tier customer service with great energy. Some visits are very efficient. The line can sometimes be long, but the prices and quality are appreciated. There is a nice variety of shoes to choose from, leaving customers feeling great. However, at times, assistance can be slow while employees are talking.
This is where my daughter likes to get her shoes. This location is a little small but has a decent selection for kids' shoes. The staff is very helpful.

Waited for assistance for over 15 to twenty minutes while I listened to 2 of the female employees talking to another female employee about how she didn't look pregnant and about her upcoming baby shower in between checking out quests.
