Famous Footwear offers lots of good shoes with a price point for everybody, from $39 to $89. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. The manager and assistant manager provide amazing customer service, are always kind and patient, and stay with smiles. They check in with customers while shopping and help with questions. This service is the reason many customers keep going back.
The store itself is ok. Fair selection and prices. The Star of the show there is Stephanie! Every single time I take my family of 6 there she is Incredibly Helpful! I wouldn't think of shopping elsewhere just because of her.
