Employee ignored me at counter. Saw I was there and kept on doing her work in the computer. I understand being busy but at least acknowledge the customer and tell them you will be with them. After waiting patiently she still couldn’t assist me. According to her she couldn’t provide me with a mailing slip and denied my shipment because it was not ready. So I left to a different fed ex location who could help.

The FedEx driver always places my packages either in direct sunlight and/or at the end of my driveway, even though I specified I'm in a wheelchair! Compared to UPS, and nobody's perfect, FedEx sucks.

Been here a few times to drop off packages with prepaid FedEx postage. So, not a lot of employee interaction I've had ( real quick "Hi" ) & then my package is scanned but they always seem nice & courteous. Used to have "Kinkos" name on it as well, I guess they don't anymore since they moved across the street, not sure when, but the other building had more parking & had sliding doors so it was literally easier to get in and out of when your holding a big box. Sort of a downgrade

my name is patricia... on several stressful situation i have had many different tasks i needed to complete the same day i came to the 3390 W. Shaw Ave. location....Fed Ex representative named Summer has been able to totally and completely guided me and stood at my side for guidance in throughly and gracefully getting this accomplished. i have been a customer for awhile knowing if Summer is available i would be relaxed and comfortable asking even the simplest questions to answer but just a little embarrassed to ask. Summer without any doubt is an assest to the Fed Ex Store. I wish there where more employees like Summer in all aspects of customer services.Thank You so much Summer!i give Summer more than 5 stars!Patricia C.Fresno

I do NOT recommend shipping or planning to have anything shipped FedEx from this location. I dropped off 2 boxes on Thursday and come Monday 1 of my boxes was still in the store having never been shipped. When I called I was told the FedEx drivers can pick and choose what they pick up. They couldn’t even guarantee me that it would ship out on Monday. I actually had to go and pickup my package to take to an ACTUAL FedEx office to be shipped. Don’t waste your time just coming here but rather just go to an actual FedEx office.

Each time I come back to this particular store, the customer service continues to decline. Sad really..the gals at the counter were only concerned about closing and ignored me all together. Thumbs down
