It's actually Walgreens. They accept your package. They don't pack, they don't wrap, but they'll hold it for FedEx. I tried to call and confirm they were open, but got FedEx customer service. (oxymoron) FedEx sucks, their automated system sucks, you can't even ask them question about a specific location without a tracking number. What a joke. What a waste of time. A customer should be able to quickly access a live agent, but FedEx is having nothing to do with that. FedEx has become too big to care. FedEx only does what is important to FedEx. The customer needs be damned!

Really convenient inside Walgreens nearby. Open till 10PM, friendly. Great for drop offs.

I had a missed delivery and I was sitting at the table hearing a conversation. I clearly heard a person say I have to give it directly to the person. 5min later my associate knock on my door with a door tag. I was trying to get info on the drive so I could ask who was offering to take package?
