I m here to deliver a frozen load and they didn’t ask me any appointment or nothing just gave me door 22 Bcz guard said that all refrigerator loads we get on dock 22 so any one is coming here with reffer Load try once may be they will get u in before appointment good luck

If I could give zero stars I would . My delivery man didn't follow delivery instructions and left my second package at the street where my first package was stolen. When I confronted the driver he lied and then called me names was so rude and lied again. I have filed a complaint but would rather speak with the local ground but there is no number to call. Only the Philippines.

FedEx says they left a parcel "at the door", but the delivery address was a Convalescent Hospital with a receptionist, that said there were no FedEx deliveries that day. The 800 number offers no live interaction, as soon as you put in your tracking number it said the parcel was delivered and disconnects. Looks like it's time to file a BBB complaint, this looks like either driver incompetence or thief.

The FedEx driver delivered my package to the wrong address. I contacted FedEx to file a claim. I talked to a representative who told me the gps monitor was not showing at my address when the package was “delivered”. They took a photo of the porch where the package was delivered. Not my house. I explained all of this. They closed the claim saying they exhausted all leads. So know I’m out a lot of money because FedEx says they delivered the package to me. The shipper won’t refund my money because of FedEx lies. I have got the run around the four times I have called now. These drivers and “customer service representatives” are incompetent. I believe have a thought one of the employees stole it as well. I will never again use their services when I ship something.

Great, very respectful. The guy at the front desk even took my long package outside with me. Waited with me for a minute until my driver came. And made sure is was put in the back trunk . What more could I ask for. Very respectful.

I just transferred over here to work it's okay, I tend to get very hot inside the building, even with the cold water I still get very bad headaches the work can sometimes hurt physically, more than at my old FedEx job.I tend to feel wornout and the environment tends to be very tight and extremely hot as well other than that the people there are very nice but the job itself tends to be very intense.

So sick of FedEx. Drivers are lazy and don’t want to work. Second summer in a row they decided to not deliver my ac unit before the record heat. Driver said none were home. Lol. Like 7 people here waiting for our ac. Lies and coverups. Ridiculous company. Should be put out of business

They actually lie to you ?. Some of the drivers are no good . I physically waited outside one day from the beginning of the delivery window (10:30am) to 8-30pm and guess what, no delivery was made!! It's better to hold it at a location or find another shipping company

The environment is hostile, it has no proper management,no respectful and accurate chain of command when something needs to be handled on scene in personEmployees that are there to work and do their best are openly disrespected and ignored half the equipment does not always work in a timely manner. There is not always enough staff for the data, flow, efficiently, and timely at certain periods of the dayhours aren’t set therefore daily you have to arrange child care if it’s needed today 3 tomorrow may be 445 I just feel like the coworkers are amazing on top of being paid Every Friday which is most effective for my lifestyle as a single mother, but the a job itself the energy does not make me feel safe or comfortable when it comes to speaking, my mind voicing my opinion, or even simply asking for help
