The employees don’t give a rip about your package actually arriving on time. One guy seems to recommend the most expensive way and least likely to arrive on time methods of shipping.
After years of dependable service the last 2 shipments are missing.
The reason I’m leaving this review is the person that identifies as the manager said ok. As her response to my package being returned to sender. Now missing the event it was meant to serve.
I’ve used this business for over a decade. But never again.

Thank you Josh for taking the nightmare out if shipping my box that you so precisely made! You knew I was in a rush to get it shipped, I had to run to Clovis, and you saved me so much time by telling me about your other location and they would take good care of me, and you were right! I will never go anywhere else, and there's never a line. You all are awesome!

Had a package that I needed to send back to TEMU had a pic of return label & USPS couldn't help me but the nice lady there told me to go to Sam's Mail Call & they should be able to do the job. And she was right. Walked in told the counter person what was going on & he replied "no problem". Had the package ready to go in under 2 minutes. Asked how much that was going to cost & was told don't worry abot it. I would give them 10stars if I could.

Guy was WAY more helpful than the post office. Printed my label from eBay and got it right out. Couldn't ask for more.

Ran in 7 mins before closing time, needing to tape my label on one box and stamp on a letter. The gentleman was friendly offered to tape my box and didn't charge me for the stamp. Started using them recently and I love coming here over the usps office.

Very nice people but I went today October 8th on a Saturday at 3:03 p.m. and there was a lady working there told me that they're closed and when I told her that Google said it close at 3:30 she was very disrespectful and told me that it wasn't her problem and they close at 3:00 that I have to come back Monday!
