  I stopped by this FedEx location since I was on this side of town, and from now on, this will be my go-to spot! The place was super clean, and the service was fast — I was in and out in no time. I was helped by an associate named Hunter, and he made the entire process smooth and easy, even though my shipment was a bit more complicated than usual. Thank you for the great service, Hunter! I’ll definitely be coming back.

  Definitely my favorite fedex of them all excellent customer service make you feel comfortable very helpful especially the employee “HLICI” she is absolutely amazing and very helpful I recommend visiting this store anytime you need any print or copy’s and well as pack and ship

  Please have better customer service! Was in here today at 3:40pm Dec. 29 and my husband and I were printing, needed help and the two girls who were the only ones working were sitting around and weren’t doing anything. Mind you the store was not busy as we were the only ones in here. Then a gentlemen comes in and needs help scanning documents and the girl told him to follow the directions on the screen very rudely. Just so you know that English is not the gentleman’s first language! I’ve gotten better service at ups stores and that says a lot!

  Went here yesterday to print 2 e-checks! I wasn't aware of how their print service worked and the employee was beyond helpful! Showed me everything I needed to know! I highly recommend going here for your print and ship needs!

  FedEx employees probably couldn't get another job if their life depends on it.... always late or rescheduled delivery times...packaging always beat to hell...they totally suck!!!

  If you are looking to print documents from your phone, this is the place. It's as simple as email the document, wait for the code, enter the code to the printer and done. You even prepay with your credit/debit card so you don't have to talk to anyone. Simple....
  
  Update 8.13.24
  So now FedEx has moved across the street. Well I had an interview the other day so I figured I'd be able to stop by and print out my resume... Nope.... So I had to print from my laptop and honestly, I'm not too good with a computer. Anyhow the lady watched me get frustrated.... Then from frustrated to just down right ticked the f off. She didn't even offer to help me till I was running out the door with laptop in hand.... I'm gonna have to lower the star rating because I feel customer service is everything.... The first time everything went smooth but this time I was kinda let down because the lady just stood there talking to one of the guys that drives for them..... Next time you see someone struggling.... Not just at work either, in life in general.... Offer a little assistance, what's it gonna hurt???? For that Im gonna give 2 stars.......

  Customer service is not good. Am waited 5 minutes at the counter and she didn’t attend me than I said excuse me and instead of helping me she said ‘what’ its a Mexican girl I don’t like there service. I recommend anyone who will visit here don’t ask her for help .
