Came to FedEx to ship a package and buy dry erase markers. Was immediately told by an unpleasant person in a sequenced mask that I was standing at the wrong register. Went to where she said to go instead, and was then corrected again that I shouldn't have asked an employee for help, and should have used a self serve QR scanner instead. Then we went back to the original register I was at and a kinder employee helped me give FedEx some money. The kind person helping me had the affect of whipped dog, having had to deal with the bossy, hovering manager since 2023, according to his name badge. Will work hard to avoid doing business with businesses who seem resentful of their customers.

Service is garbage for the company as a whole. Package delays, virtual assistant sends you to helpline which refuses to connect you to a person and refers you back to the virtual assistant. Done with this god awful service.

Easy drop off once I finally found the location. For anyone else, it’s right by Starbucks and uncle Harry’s across from world market.

Workers here are very unprofessional and do not know how to listen to a customer. They are very good at repeating what you have to have in order to ship but not helpful in walking customers through a process as needed. The old lady named Kristie who talked out loud to herself about how customers are rude and don’t listen to her needs mental help as her behavior is alarming. Rosa who is younger needs to better listen to the customer as well but shows more patience than her peers. Not great customer service here. The crew that works closing shift is very much more helpful than the day time associates.

I was immediately and pleasantly greeted by Shana upon entering this location. She assisted me with and directed me towards a place where I could begin to process my specialized order and assured me that if I needed any support, they would help me with any challenges. After finally uploading the necessary content from my phone, Dirk patiently assisted me with customization. Not only did he help me craft the obituary according to my cousin's request, he offered suggestions to make the final product even more than we'd imagined. He was very patient as I checked in with my cousin to show her the template, and he even recommended a special cardstock which added an even nicer finishing touch. I cannot be more pleased with the level of expertise and professionalism that went into assisting me with this order. Dirk is a wonderful asset to this Kinkos-FedEx location. I'm so grateful!

Horrible service. Employee walked away twice when I walked in. The first time I let it go, and I didn’t put much thought in it. But the second time he walked away mid sentence to where his co worker was a little stunned and then his co worker helped me. Both are rainbow ? so am I. Keep night life drama out of the work place. It makes you look like a l**** who can’t mind their business and is looking to be mad..

It's been along time since I've been in a business that gives you such great customer service. A gentleman named Robert who works at this Kinko's was providing outstanding customer service to everyone that walked in the door.THANKS ROBERT!

Payed an ext $2.50 for “help” printing 5 sheets of paper. Guy prints them and hands me them even though they’re illegible. Seems like something they should have “helped” me with.

Needed "IT" help and Kristy was divine! Not only did she help me get everything I needed ASAP, she didn't make me feel d*** for not knowing how to do it myself. She was awesome and friendly and I will go back for more help in the near future.

Customer service is NON existing at this location! The clerk was slow, could get the address correct, and completely nonchalant about the driver who was waiting for the package! I asked several times for the Manager to step in and help her, and she refused!Cleary Kasey as well as her Manager need some retraining in how to expedite & and ACCURATELY enter in international addresses!>>>Go some where else if you are up against a deadline!<<< Terrible!!!

Great service, kind people Cameron, Dirk and Shanna were all wonderful. They helped me return an item that was tricky to say the least to package. The service was fast and friendly. Will be back for all shipping needs.

Absolutely outstanding! Store manager Robert Dooley went above and beyond to find my lost package. Parcel was mislabeled and accidentally sent elsewhere. I get it these things happen. Robert spent about an hour tracking it down, calling dispatch and following up with drivers. Once it was located (in Chowchilla) he could have it brought back the following day. I was in a time crunch to pick up so he pulled some strings so I could drive out to Chowchilla and grab it the same day. SOMEONE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! 5 ⭐️s!

I very much understand that it's difficult to find good employees, but this is ridiculous... the ONE printing employee is helping a gal who is putting a personalized not (that the employee is typing in each note. There are about 30 bags...My order is already boxed and paid for??? She can't take 5 minutes to get my order done? She's certainly never been a waitress. Arrrggg.
