It’s become a running joke with my friends but because I owned my own flooring company I know first impressions are EVERYTHING. All of my employees greeted my clients. At Ferguson you walk past the receptionist who says nothing. As you walk thru there are 5 or 6 people working throughout the store. Not one person makes eye contact, smiles or says a word. I met back up with my friends and asked if anyone spoke to them. Unanimous NO! As we are walking out the door the receptionist says have a great day! REALLY?!? They are happy when you LEAVE!?!

Rude front counter! We weren’t greeted although they made eye contact. No customer service at this place! You lost out on business… Do better!!!

There are so many stores to choose from, both physical and online. I spent more than $200,000 at Ferguson just for the past 8 months. The main reason for this is because of Amanda Yang. I was assigned a different point of contact but the person acted like he did not want my business. I was about to go to a competitor when my interior designer convinced me to try Amanda. I'm glad I did. She made everything convenient for me. She was very quick to reply to different issues here and there as well.

Very unhappy with this place my house burnt down and my contractor referred me to this place to pick my fixtures and sinks the front desk staff where very rude and they don’t have very many different styles on the floor for you to choose from so u basically have to choose from what they have which is not much I was going the for the country chic style but all they had was modern

I went here to buy a product from this location and was told it would be up to the manger if they wanted to sell it. They would not sell the part due to not having a license for this product. I just find it somewhat funny being that there online site will let you buy it and ship to home. If you find yourself looking for a product that requires a license for a part try looking on their website first before going to this location.

Appliance reps were awesome. However, the residential cabinet group were not. They didn't ever know what was going on with my order. Continually gave me wrong information. They didn't seem to know who was installing the cabinets and told me to deal with them instead. Even the email I sent to that manager was not addressed and pushed down to staff, which is where the problem was, and I was trying to tell him.

Our experience has been so negative and needlessly so. Our opinion is that we never should have spent thousands of dollars here when other sellers offer the same products and other sellers stand behind their products. In our experience Ferguson doesn't.
