Easy check in process. Señorita at the desk is very friendly and polite. Checked in and was loaded and leaving in 2 hrs.
You have to hit Cedar off of South Ave, Mountain View or Floral. Manning is closed due to the fake high speed rail debacle.

It took a while to start loading me after I was on the dock, but overall it was ok.
