Had the worst experience, the lady that was working there her name is Delia Robles had the worst attitude, couldn’t even speak nice to her without her raising her voice and giving a nasty attitude for no reason. Wouldn’t come back to this place.

Worst employees ever. Always unwilling to help customers and answer questions. It always feels like they are annoyed to do their job.

I just got a policy and it was like pulling teeth. The rates are very low so I am going to see how this policy goes, but I nearly hung up from how difficult it was just to get signed up. I repeated my routing and account number like 20 times-no exaggeration.
