Today my husband and I received terrible attention from the worker Joana Ramirez along with her partner (a tall white woman). We came to request a change of vehicle where from the beginning their way of treating us was disastrous, as customers we do not deserve that treatment, since we are punctual in payments and it is not the first time this situation has happened. They must have quality service. I hope my complaint is not ignored, and action is taken on the matter.Atte: Mayra Cabrera.

Fred Loya is a decent insurance company which is why I am giving it a two star rating. However, the majority staff they hire have poor customer service skills. ESPECIALLY AT THE FIRST & TULARE LOCATION. Not all the girls but there is one in particular. You know, the one that hates her life and job. Quite frankly, I think she would have a bright career in any collection department. When I opened my policy, she was rude to another customer that was there. I could be wrong but I think she said she was the manager and she was handling the situation poorly and only aggravating the guy. The other girl with the highlights/light brown hair was nice and professional. Today I got a call about my account and when the person I spoke with (I'm sure it was the same rude girl) was unprofessional and hung up on the call abruptly without even saying the call was over. Fred Loya would be a great company if only they'd properly screen their staff.

Had their services for years but recently they ve made a turn for the worst they're still ok but been thinking big switching. The staff is great and are very good at calling you to collect premiums. Wich is good so your policy don't expire and also to avoid 10 dollars late fee.

If I could give 0 stars let them know my lien holder would want a lower deductible they said they’d change it if my lien holder isn’t okay with it. My lienholder never got my insurance paperwork until 2 months later I’ve been paying extra on my car note due to this. Now they’re saying they may not be able to make changes and if they can I’d have to pay $500 this company is a big scam and doesn’t care about their customers. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!

Save yourself the hassle and choose literally any other insurance company or even no insurance company at all. I've been paying for a policy for a little over 3 years with them now and as the saying goes, "you never know how good your insurance is until you need it," well I found out the hard way. Over a month ago, I was hit by a driver that ran a red light. I originally tried filing the claim under her insurance so that I wouldn't have to pay my deductible, but they started giving me the run around so I decided to open the claim through my own insurance (Fred Loya) which was the worst mistake I could've made. I was given even more of a run around from Fred Loya. My car was picked up to take to a body shop where they would asses the damages. I was assigned an adjuster whom I spoke with once just for her to tell me my claim would be given to another adjuster. After speaking to the new adjuster a total of three times, my calls started going unanswered with no returning calls. After three weeks of leaving voicemail after voicemail after voicemail, I was told by a different adjuster that my current adjuster was no longer with the company. After this, I told them to just please reopen my claim so I can get my check and buy a new car since they were only offering me a rental for $25/day for 10 days and the cheapest cars their rental company had were for $40/day which they expected me to come out of pocket for. After calling over and over, I was finally told my claim would be reopened after 2 weeks of them telling me they would reopen it since the adjuster was no longer with the company. (This is now 5 weeks since I originally tried to open the claim with them.) nobody reaches out to me for the next couple of days so I decide to call and of course can't get ahold of anyone so I'm leaving voicemails AGAIN. Finally someone calls me back saying they deemed my car a total loss and that I would have to pick it up from the body shop. HOW would I pick it up if they had to come get it from my house? They finally drop it off without contacting me and just happened to walk outside and see that my car is sitting out on the curb, doors unlocked and key under the driver's seat. I was supposed to receive my offer letter in the mail by now which I haven't so I had to go into a store front and ask them for a print out. The numbers looked funny so I try to get ahold of an adjuster to go over it with me, but my fault for expecting someone to actually answer the phone because of course they didn't. I'm now just trying to settle this stupid claim with them and get my payout, but they are now trying to tack on storage fees for the body shop they left the car at while I was trying to get ahold of them All month for. For the love of god, seriously just please save yourself and shop elsewhere or literally drive uninsured instead of giving these people a cent of your money.

Had to go in and take my license to get my bill reduced because the agent lady forgot to put my license in the computer so had to pay the late fee ?..then on top of that I already suffer from anxiety and I got this Hispanic lady standing there doing nothing stalking me the WHOLE time. It was so uncomfortable and creepy.
