Really nice gym, they greet you at the door every time with a smile. Lots of different machines to use. They even have personal coaching for a small fee each time. And they have a nice pool too and most people don't even use it but I do. And pretty much clean most times I haven't really seen it really dirty like other gems. And the prices how can you beat

I’ve been with GB3 for just over two years.. it initially started out as a good experience but it’s quickly turned into complete regret.. this particular location is just awful. Upon entry at this location you are never greeted as you are at their other locations. Ignored because they’re too busy laughing amongst themselves. Secondly when hopeful that the vending machine has your favorite pre workout you come to find week after week it’s “out of order” to only work once in a blue moon. Thirdly when looking up while on the treadmill you’re graced with presence and constant dusting of two inch thick dust that accumulated on the fans overhead and the framing above. Fourth.. when ready to move on to the machines you only find lazy individuals on their cellphones holding up 50% of the machines.. not one staff member checking to keep gym flow going. For thirty dollars a month the service you receive is horrible, still no childzone benefits even though that’s a perk that’s sold at the time of membership and absolutely no regard for clean or safe workout environments. It seems they’ve given up on the individual experience and just pack it like sardine cans to maximize profit and minimize experience. I had high hopes that gb3 would be the gym for me and my family.. I learned my lesson and will be telling all my coworkers and friends to boycott with me. If George brown was still involved like he once was I highly doubt this would have happened. It’s said to say I know him personally and he’s let his gyms turn into this. Especially this particular location.

Great place to workout and relax in the steam room or sauna

Its too small and cramped for the amount of people that work out there, use the other GB3 gyms, they seem to be better equipped and cared for. The building needs to redesigned for higher capacity. Also seems to attract a lot of high school kids.

This particular location doesn't offer classes other than the swimming aerobics for the elderly. But it has good equipment. Is not super packed when I've gone.

My recent experience at this gym left me utterly disappointed and uncomfortable. I had just finished a 30-minute workout and decided to unwind in the steam room during the last 10 minutes. To my shock, an employee named Matt burst into the room and aggressively yelled at me to get out, as if he wanted to engage in a confrontation. Not only was this behavior completely unprofessional, but it also made me feel unwelcome and unsafe. I chose this gym primarily because of its proximity to my workplace, as it accommodated my schedule, closing at 11 PM. However, what I didn't expect was that they would close the sauna and steam room a whole 10 minutes earlier without any prior notice.Matt's demeanor throughout this incident was beyond rude. When I tried to address my concerns and speak to a manager about the situation, he responded in an incredibly disrespectful manner, dismissively telling me to contact a manager. In a place that should promote relaxation, fitness, and customer satisfaction, this experience was a stark contrast. I strongly advise anyone considering this gym to think twice before joining, as the rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed by their staff, particularly Matt, cast a dark shadow on an otherwise promising facility.

Had everything you might need but otherwise the ugliest most confusing layout I've ever seen in a gym. Would rather drive to genuinely any other gym. Horrible compared the the other gb3's, would never come again. I've seen nicer planet fitnesses

I was disappointed to find out that they don’t offer any exercise classes here, except aqua aerobics. I had to go to the Clovis gym for the three free physical training sessions, and their machines differ from the ones in Sunnyside Fresno, so it was pretty worthless. The Clovis gym, although older, has newer, nicer equipment. I end up driving to 10 miles or so there instead of going to Sunnyside, even though it’s very close to where I live. It’s a shame.

Good ambience all around. Much smaller than the Herndon and Fowler location, but the proximity holds sway, as it is near my place of residence. Also, me a meathead. Me no brains. I luv lifting heavy p**** Me trying to attract ladies with my grande muscles. And you, bony guy?

Good place to workout. Horrible Wi-Fi. The pool and other services are usually always out of commission. The staff are always distracted talking to themselves or eating at front desk. Honestly not a welcoming place but it works well for quick workouts if you can find free machines

Can get very busy, but great place to workout at. Love the sauna and steam room after a good exercise.PRO TIP: the best water fountain station is by the treadmill where the water is colder and comes out stronger. The others are pretty weak

This is the oldest GB3 in Fresno and the equipment shows it. The gym gets pretty hot even in the winter and it gets crowded fast. But a gym is a gym and you just got to find a little space to get your workout done
