:( I’ve had my account with them well over 3 1/2yrs now. I’ve been hounded on several occasions by the tellers to upgrade my secured credit card since my credit score is “very good” and I’ve had their secured credit card for over 3 1/2 years. When I finally apply, after waiting a month for them to call me to do my application, I’m told I would be called back the same day. It was almost 2 days later I was called and told I was denied. They just left it on a voicemail too. I expected more than that to be honest. You have to have my security questions just to give me information yet you leave messages about denials on a voicemail? Weird. Now I have a hard inquiry and still with my secured card and all the “web maintenance “ and statement errors they REGULARLY have. Ugh. Definitely debating on closing this card with them and leaving. Please treat your customers better :( this is frustrating especially in times we are having these day! Inflation is already hard. Your staff convinced me i would be approved because I had the card for so long and I had a good score. I was not approved and I have a hard inquiry in my report now!

They are customer orientated and so helpful in answering questions. I find them patient and kind. And trust me, I have seen some pretty grouchy & mean ppl. They handled them professionally and kind. Will always be a customer / member here.

No atms around town and you have how many members? Long lines ever present, usually atms run out of money on the weekends…not to mention the fact they want to interrogate you like a criminal whenever you try to go pull out your OWN money after making it obvious they’re going through your transactions for minutes while you stand there wondering what you did wrong by asking to make a withdrawal. Plenty of banks that offer much more without 3rd degree. I’ll be moving my business elsewhere.

The tellers work really slow and the lines are always long. They need more employees or better training to work faster

The tellers are rude, they are not very accommodating to the elder. The line is always ridiculously long and the tellers don't care to try and hurry. Manager talks bad about members to other employees loud enough for other members to hear. Parking is a nightmare. Terrible bank! Taking my account elsewhere so is my mom, sister. And 2 nephews.

Miss Wade is awesome! She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Probably the best banker in all of Fresno in my honest opinion! She is helping me get my first personal loan to build my credit. I will be leaving Bank of America and only use Golden 1 from now on.
