“This was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. I commit to working out 5x a day. Although I couldn’t do every exercise that was presented (due to health issues)the coaches gave me others ways to still reap the benefits. The coaches Rhonda, Madison, Amy, Jose , & Michael help tremendously they encourage & push you to your limit yet it help me meet my goals. This was my 1st challenge completed now I’m on to my next one.”
“This is by far the best gym and training experience I’ve ever had. Paul’s coaching has pushed me past my limits time and time again, to the point of achieving a team world record. More than that, he’s helped me develop a level of discipline and consistency with my health and fitness that carries into every part of my life. On the days I can’t make it in, I genuinely feel like something’s missing. This place truly sets the standard for what effective and motivating training should be. Another thing I value is the community vibe here, everyone is supportive, and it really helps you stay motivated.”

“This gym is great! I was a member 2021/2022 and the only reason why I left was because I moved out of the area. I returned this year and joined once again. After spending 3 years in different gyms, I can tell you there is something special at title 29. Coaches have always been supportive and there is a strong community at title 29 that is rarely found elsewhere. Coach Curtis will push you and the changes in the exercises everyday will add variety. I recommend this gym to anyone! Great for all levels of fitness.”

“I enjoy going to this personalized and private gym. Your workouts are tailored specifically for you. As someone in there 60s, I simply wanted to maintain muscle strength and not necessarily bulkup too much and that I have been able to do. I joke with my trainer, Leif, that it also feels like a therapy session too everytime I come in. Great atmosphere!”

“It's a small room. They have Zumba classes at 12:00 that you can pay $2 for and some yoga classes I guess. I was looking for a place where I could be trained with weights so this place wouldn't work for me. Plus it's a little far from my home.”
“I wholeheartedly endorse Coach Andre's training program, distinguished by its winning combination of entertainment and dynamism. His unwavering commitment to establishing strong relationships with clients is admirable, and I felt genuinely valued and respected during our training sessions. Coach Andre's remarkable personality, paired with his skillfully designed workouts – which harmoniously balance challenge and flexibility – make him an outstanding choice for those seeking a strength training program that effortlessly aligns with their personal commitments.”
“The best place to get an education coming from someone who has not gone to school for a very long time who dropped out at an early age need a diploma this would be the best place”

“The name says it all. If you’re looking for the right fit for fitness at any age and level this is the place! You’ll get a great experience and workout every time! They truly are experts and you’ll be able to tell after one visit! Also the cold plunge is amazing! A beautiful, private room w a tv to motivate you, a clean plunge tub, fresh towels, bags for your wet suit. Great experience!”
“Ken helped me refer my friend to get a free month and answered our questions about the different memberships. He also did it with a great attitude. I’d recommend him”
“My wife and I tried Body20 to start to get back in shape. The first workout was in the wet suits and it was intense. It was the introductory workout and a day later we were sore for a couple days. The following week we started our actual workouts. Each has been equally intense with the recovery time lessening. That is permitting us to do more active exercises outside. Our last training was in the dry suits and they are a game changer. It is like starting all over I am 60 and sat behind a desk for the last 15 years. In the past year I have tried to start exercising but also seem to fail. This system is permitting me to get started without that failure loop.”

“After trying two other boxing gyms in Fresno, I can say New Wave is on a whole different level. At the first gym, my son spent almost a year following the same workout sheet with zero coaching. At the second, I later found out they weren’t even licensed to spar or compete. Since joining New Wave, he’s completely relearned proper technique and the difference is incredible. Coach George is engaged, experienced, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his students. We only wish we’d found him years ago! I can say with confidence New Wave is hands down the best boxing gym in the Central Valley.”
“Revolutionary Fitness is an amazing experience to have, great atmosphere and a lot of support to get you on track for a better you. Rochelle and Vincent are well in tune with their physical fitness. I recommend anyone to come on down and give it a try, it is a unique experience. If you want to make real changes to your health and life you can't find a better place to workout and get fit.”

“This gym surpasses all others in Fresno. Specializing in high-quality interaction with clients, it offers small group training options, along with personal training. There are also swim and boxing classes in the same location. My personal trainer, Favi Perez trains clients for bikini (bodybuilding) competitions. If you want to get fit, go to Synergy!”

“6 months ago I made the decision to take my training seriously and prepare myself mentally and physically for the military. I didn’t know which branch I wanted to pursue and went back and forth with recruiters. In the last 6 months I’ve built discipline and comes with that is progress. I wasn’t even able to do a single pull-up and my run time was horrible. In the last 6 months my run time has increased drastically, I’m able to do a decent amount of pull-ups, and I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been. Ron’s taken the time to prep me and made sure I was always on track with my workouts. I ship out in 10 days and I feel super confident all because of Ron.”

“Just wanna appreciate Ari and Alondra for their amazing customer service and their Support fixing the massage chair they definitely went above and beyond with a smile and positive attitudes”
“The gym is cool and has a really solid setup for getting a good workout in. I especially like going in the mornings because there aren’t a lot of people, which makes it easier to move through my routine without waiting. The atmosphere feels focused and calm early in the day, and it helps me start things off on the right note. If you go to the other GB3 location, there tend to be a lot more people, so this one feels more comfortable overall. There’s plenty of free weights and machines, so you can mix things up whether you’re doing strength training or just a quick lift. The equipment is well spaced, which makes the gym feel open instead of crowded. Overall, it’s a great place to work out and stay consistent.”
“I have been a member for about 6 months and have loved the experience. I have made meaningful gains in my mile pace as well as my overall strength. The diversity of trainers means you can find the motivational experience that fits your needs, and the design of the class makes space for beginners just hoping to experience a new workout style and seasoned fitness wizards. A great community, friendly staff, clean studios, and great community events through the year to benchmark your progress”
