The service and professionalism is top notch! The technician called with a timeframe, and was able to come a little early which I appreciated. He was able to get a key out for me that broke inside a deadbolt lock and was able to make a spare key for us on site! He was a very nice guy!

Amazing customer service! Definitely recommend going into shop for your needs if you can or calling someone to come to you. The young lady who answered the phone was such a help and the technician who came to my home took wonderful care of the issues we were having. We always go in for small needs here and there. Nic came and changed our locks due to them being outdated charged reasonable price for the job, great work and nice attitude during the whole experience. I would definitely recommend him to my close friends and family .

Have used Havens for years at our business, in 2021 had some keys remade due to them breaking. I requested 4more extra keys made to have incase any others broke. Needed to use them now and none of the extra keys work. I called Havens and because it has been 2years they want to charge $150.00 to fix them or make new keys. These keys have not been used, the locksmith that came out must not have checked to make sure they worked. I don’t feel this is fair…I’m not asking for a refund, I’m just asking for them to do what I originally paid for! The manager I talked to could not do anything and will have the owner call me back hopefully when he is back in the office.I will repost on what happens!

They have always been since they first opened up. Old is been the best of the best. The pricing is a little high, but it’s OK because they do professional work. I’ve been doing business with them 40 years, they employees have always been professionals

These guys came the next day and replaced 6 locks, and 4 handles for $350. Prompt reasonably priced service and Bisalio had great customer service thank you ??

$7 a key copy now. ridiculous i ordered a few keys. none said wat the price was before making them. yeaaaa i got a price shocker wen they told me the bill...... ridiculous. $7 a key....
