My first experience with this location was overall okay. I did feel as though the manager often looked at me weirdly (probably due to age and the car I chose to rent was a tesla). Other than that the guy who helped me was friendly & told us everything we needed to know, then let us on our way. The drop off was very easy as well. This experience made me want to continue coming to this location. Now roughly 3-4 weeks after my first rental, I wanted to rent another Tesla for an upcoming trip. I chose the long range this time around. I booked my reservation 3 weeks ahead, I paid in advance, and I showed up early to pick up the Tesla. When I got there I was being helped by the guy who first helped me, and still being almost judged by the manager again. The guy helping me is making the same jokes as he did last time, but this time hes looking almost flustered looking for the key to my rental. At this time the manager keeps side-eyeing him and shaking his head very discreetly. It is at this time I was informed that all the Teslas were unavailable, and that there was 1 available but someone had come in that morning and prepaid & they were a loyalty member. They told me “their hands were tied”. They offered me two free days, which I accepted yet never received. I placed my reservation weeks in advance to ensure I did everything correct, I prepaid ONLINE not in person day of, and I too am a rewards member. This shows me, that perhaps because I wasnt a woman it wasnt given to me?Considering they told me they rented it to a woman, and I did everything the same as her, except, well, be a man. Nevertheless I moved on with my life and hoped to hear about my refund/free days. Never heard anything. I call in their location to see if I can be updated, they tell me to contact their 1800 number, and that they would send me vouchers in the mail. I reached out via email to Hertz customer service, and I was able to get the refund began. After all this time, up to the time of me writing this review, still no free days that were promised to make up this experience. Not only did all this happen, the workers didn’t seem to care at all about the inconvenience I was put through. Yall can be funny and joking as much as you want, but that doesnt make your customer service good.

Staff was good. We were joking around about how bad ford of fresno is. The o ly reason i needed a rental. They put me in a decent car, pretty clean. They said they had a tesla, and a few others, but no trucks really.

I have had trouble with the company lying to me about how much they were changing upfront. While I got that figured out then they started charging my account with no authorization 341 then 265 I am a struggling mother trying to get ahead and this just makes no sense at all

The most frustrating encounter at any Hertz I’ve been to. Oscar insists on following his own guidelines, prioritizing his preferences over customer care. It's baffling how he remains employed.He'll claim they lack the vehicle you reserved and demand additional payment for an upgrade. Despite another employee showing him keys to an available vehicle in the size I reserved, he disregarded them and pushed for a higher fee for a larger vehicle.Despite receiving instructions from management to act in accordance with company policies, upgrading without extra fees, Oscar chooses to ignore them, opting instead to exploit the situation to the customer’s disadvantage.I highly suggest utilizing a different company for your needs. It would be good to note that HERTZ also owns dollar and thrifty.

There is no trust and the experience with this company is very badAfter returning the car that I had rented, I forgot my glasses in the glasses box, and minutes after leaving, I realized that I forgot them, so I called them and did not receive an answer, as the weekend was approaching.I sent them a message and they did not respond until Monday morning, when I sent a message again and then received a response that the car had been rented (I was surprised so quickly) and they told me that all those who rent from here are good people and of course you will get the glasses when the car returns.I followed up on the issue on a daily basis, and the responsible person in the company no longer responded and did not even contact the person who rented the car after me. The negligence became apparent at that time. More than ten days had passed and I did not receive any response from them.Indeed, the credibility and professionalism of the employee of this company was absentThe experience will never be repeated with them

This Hertz location has won me over with an impressive second impression. I know this site from family working at the body shop next door. For years service was slow and cars crusty. I would intentional avoid this option, until the last year or so.This Hertz is stepping up. I fat thumbed my online reservation and the staff didn't hassle me. They helped me work out an affordable option and had me on the road in no time. I now intentionally look to book here. Kudos to the snappy gentleman that brings to mind a good looking cousin of Don Cheadle. Thank you for always ensuring renting is a stress free experience.

Another issue still in line 2 person and a male African American man an employee again takes someone before me and yells at me with a waiting room full of people say don’t start with me today well how about you don’t start with me I am a customer trying to get a car and being by passed and know yelled at by an employee where is the customer service and you think it’s ok to yell at a customer hertz you. Better retrain him

When I used to rent there I was treated like a ? star. Because of a paid for mistake occurred I was put on a bad list. I just want to say investigate first and you'll see that it wasn't me!

I had a reservation and the car was not ready for over an hour. The car was not clean at all so after receiving it I had to clean the windows as they were filthy. I then had to put in gas because the car had less than half a tank. The car smelled badly like a dog and there was dog hair all over the car. I did not have a choice but to keep the car as I had to leave town to attend a wedding and did not want to be late. After returning the car, I forgot my garage door opener so I immediately called and asked them to retrieve it from the car as I was going to come pick it up, they said the car was getting washed and as soon as they got it back they would call me which never happened so I just went there. Once I got the opener. I noticed it was damaged from being pried open. The opener did not work once I got home so I opened it up and the battery was missing. Come on, why would they take the battery out? I am very dissatisfied with this company. I called the corporate office and all they did was give me a 50 dollar certificate. I will never rent from this company ever again.

I arrived at this location, and I was waiting for a family member and family friend to arrive so we could pick up a rental vehicle. I spoke to one of the agents at the front desk, gave him the information for the reservation, and he said, 'we don't have anyone scheduled by that name'. I called my family member, confirmed I was at the correct location, and went back in to confirm the details. I was once again told, 'we don't have an appointment for someone with that name'. Yet, when my family member and friend arrived to pick up the vehicle, the service agents had no issue confirming their appointment. My question is: why was I lied to multiple times when I told the service agents who I was waiting to pick up a rental vehicle with?

The worst car rental company ever. My car had a flat tire and it took them two days to arrange a tow truck while I stayed overnight in the middle of nowhere.
