Jason the new location manager solved all of my issues I was having, was very informative, cleared up all the information I needed and made sure I knew exactly what what was going on, made turning in the car super easy and fast. Thank you so much!

I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for a decade, but lately their prices have increased and their customer service has been subpar. I needed a vehicle last minute after a flight was cancelled and decided to try Hertz. I worked with Michael at this branch and he was awesome. Went above and beyond. Found me the right vehicle. Super trouble-free experience. Very nice guy. Will be doing all of my future rentals through Hertz, specifically this location when possible!

I'd give it zero stars if I could. This place is not honest. This place isn't open on weekend. They will push and push the crap electrical car on you. Don't do it!!!! DO NOT GET THE BOLT ELECTRIC CAR! Worst car EVER. 3 hour Bay Area trip took over 5 hrs ONE WAY and over 5 hrs BACK!!!!! Ridiculous.

I used their service to replace a broken down vehicle. I reserved and paid for one week in advance. When the day of the rental came up, there was an opportunity to use a vehicle from an outside source. So when we went to cancel the reservation, just because it was after 24 hours, they did not reimburse us for the whole week we had rented the vehicle for. The should have extended some common courtesy to keep a customer, but they are such a big conglomerate that they don't care about losing customers. When they find themselves losing one more out of thousands of customer's they have already lost, and they will continue to lose customers because its just become a corporate money game to them, then they will turn $1000's in advertising again and again. They don't allow leeway on there terms of agreement to keep customer satisfaction. Our fleet, business and personal rental needs will be using a more ethical and reliable rental outfit elsewhere. Please be cautious and do you your do diligence before renting from them. They are into thievery.

Booked a rental and paid for it 2 months in advance. They call me morning of and say they don't have a car ready and will call me when they do. 2 hours later no call and don't answer my calls. I go in to the office and they tell me they are not going to have a car for me and I can call customer service for a refund. Worst customer service.

Worst customer service from here to my home state of Washington. I came to visit for a family occasion, the people who work at this location have Horrible attitudes, very dismissive, and not helpful WHATSOEVER. I will not be using this company ever again and neither will any of my millions of cousins here in this county.

Have a very bad experience from them. I was told to fill the gas half way before returning the car and after returning the car I was told that the gas was not full. I got extra service charge for it. Never I'll go for this rental place again. Very bad customer service and non experience staff. It was awful . No drop off places for Sunday and returning the car early Monday and get charge for extra day. No more service from Herts business.

This is the nicest rental place I've experienced. So helpful and friendly, truly A comfortable atmosphere. Not at all what I expected, so I stressed for no reason. Still want my car BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, But not going to LIE it was A DEFFINETE THUMBS UP?

This is the first review I've ever written, for anything. Brian was an extraordinary individual, the best Rental Car representative I've ever dealt with. I was in quick need of a rental due to a recent car accident in LA, that compelled me to take a lyft from LA to Fresno and now I needed to get to Lemoore every day for work. He continued working through my much needed extensions and kept the price was reaching unreasonable levels, and always kept a positive, "glad to help you" type demeanor.

I have never been to a more helpful rental car 'shop'! The level of customer service went above and beyond. I live 20+ miles away and will make the drive to rent from them everytime. After discussing the reasons for renting a car they helped me to save money on my rental by a lot. Not only were they already cheaper than most, they helped to save even more! Every penny helps these days and the fact that they went out of their way to help was truly amazing! If you need to rent a car this is the BEST place to go!
