No bathrooms, my daughter had to go while we were browsing and didn't make it to the nearest bathroom (about a five minute walk away). Had to buy her new pants from the children's section, cashiers were rude, security guard was helpful.

Great service! I bought a vest for a wedding in June and the cashier helped me pick the right size because the suit and vest sizes are weird!
Updated: Luis the cashier was such a sweetheart and he helped me with my return!

This has the worst return policy on top of having the cheapest clothes material wise They won't even let you exchange without the person being with you. What if you don't want to tell them they didn't like the item. It's 2024 and this return policy is prehistoric, wouldn't even let me exchange

Worst customer service experience we have ever had. Managers were laughing at my wife when returning an item. Complete lack of professionalism with the people that is buying at the store. No understanding than thanks to the people that buys at the store they have a salary.
No empathy and surely no willing to be there working on those managers. H&M lost a customer, I won’t return there ever.

Love h&m always have good service. I like the one in river park. And everytime I go, the people working there are nice and the store is clean. And it's calm. And they have a good selection of clothes ,jewelry, shoes. And there clothes is always in style.
