Tried to buy some of the Ryobi product that was on special. We get to the register and the discount does not ring up. We ask and are told that’s not part of the deal. It’s Ryobi it’s in the picture why does it not count? Store employe calls for the manager on duty but refuses to come up front to deal with issue. The Ryobi add is extremely confusing and misleading. On the way out we asked an employee the name of the manager on duty she had no clue. Not good. Awful experience and very bad that your store manager refused to come help with the issue. We were going to spend over $200 for the product. Not chance now.

They cut lumber for free for my nano business if you want to get your lumber pre cut so you don't have to cut it and risk personal injury with a power saw if you have a developmental disability they will cut it for you if you make a list of measurements for free

Worst Home Depot store…the people working usually makes or breaks a store. They are unhappy, and not willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. Twice now, very unfriendly associates. Is it the associates or managers?

I waited half an hour for no service. I needed wire that is kept locked up. I asked for assistance 3 times and saw others ask for assistance and leave frustrated. No one came to help and none of the other people who were asked came back to make sure we were helped. When I left I saw a handful of employees who were not helping customers. Not coming back.

Went to Home Depot yesterday to get flooring. We waited for 15 minutes to get someone to help us that’s not the worst part. Once someone came to help us it was attitude all the way!!!! The worst customer service Ever!!! From the minute this Jay greeted us. He kept wanting to charge us a 50.00 fee for measurements I get that. Would not give us a ballpark in price no samples to choose from. This Jay said when the person comes out to measure our floors he will have samples on his truck. Every question we asked he was annoyed!!! We have been a customer for years but not anymore thanks to your incompetent employee named Jay!!! He ruined a sale for Home Depot, we went to Lowe’s and bought our flooring there!!!!!!

Extremely long waits for wiring and tools. Seems only one employee knows the locker codes, and I have the misfortune of shopping when they’re on lunch every time.
