This review is specifically for Ken from the paint center. Everyone else was helpful and provided great customer service. However, Ken was extremely condescending and dismissive. Bragged about working in paint for 10 years (which is great and we trust his professional opinion) but was NOT helpful. Total know-it-all vibes and was almost upset at the fact that we didn't understand how paint colors worked with other brands. He acted like it was a burden to help us select a color similar to what we were looking for. Not sure if it was just a bad day for him, but I urge him to reconsider the way he interacts with customers. The whole interaction was uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

THIS HOME DEPOT NOT GOOD PEOPLE IM WORKING WITH construction people and my clothes always be dirty and the guy working this depot he always be disrespect me when I go there he searching me but he found nothing after this happened I feel really bad and I go back without buying anything when he do that people sèe and they think I stolen something I don't know why he disrespect me like that I think I stop go there

Customer service was terrible. Employee was racist and stereotypical.She wouldn’t help me find the item I needed. Told me it was out of stock and to check another store when another gentlemen helped me find it 2 minutes later.When I gave the initial employee some feedback on training, I was called aggressive. When you use the term 'aggressive', it can perpetuate harmful stereotypes, especially when directed towards people of color like myself. It's important to focus on a customer’s feedback rather than resorting to stereotypes. Please ensure your employees are interacting with customers in a respectful manner while maintaining a professional attitude.

The most terrible customer service possible! I know not to expect good customer service from Home Depot but this one takes the cake on terrible customer service. I asked an associate about some tool chests on the floor and he said he would get back to me, five minutes passed and he walked by and said to give him another minute. Ten minutes went by then another ten and I see him standing around the checkout registers while looking my direction and ignoring me. Finally after about thirty minutes total I started to walk out but then decided I needed to talk to a manager about this. Well the manager was just as rude and condescending, first it took about ten to fifteen minutes to bring her out of her office after several calls, then when she came to talk to me she seemed bothered asking what's the problem with a tone in her voice that was not pleasant. I told her about the situation and he reply was that they are under staffed. Staffing has nothing to do with how we are treated as customers. No apology or anything just "what did I need help with?" I can't believe how little they care about taking care of customers. This is the Home Depot on Herndon and Blackstone, Sunday January 28, 2024 around 6pm.

What can I say, it's home depot. Huge store with variety of home essentials just not options of specific items. For example, I needed non cool shingles but they dont carry them. Service is slow as Christmas when you have a large order (in my case I needed 38 sheets of plywood and 38 bundles of shingles) it took them about 30 -40 minutes to gather it. After my 3rd trip there I didn't want to SEE a home depot lol

Home Depot is a terrible company! no customer care or support! they just keep taking my money and delivery crap that doesn't work!!!! And pretty upsetting when the brand new machine is delivered defective and the replaced can't be delivered for over a week! yet if I went into the store today and bought it I could have it installed 4 days sooner! and thank you delivery team for throwing away my owners manual- that apparently is IRREPLACEABLE! Maybe it's time to close up my account and move my shopping to Lowe's

Several of us stood in the paint section for 10 minutes without help. I spoke with 3 staff members standing around doing nothing and each time they would say they will call someone.Disorganized, understaffed.

home depot new return policy is basically you can not return items or get store credit without receipt. i just got stuck with a $200 item in package that was purchased less than a month ago. it's like a casino. they have many places that take your cash for chips (products). but very limited ways you can getr your cash back. makes it even harder to return purchased items.
