Wanted to run in and out, so I couldn't be bothered to be lost for long. I asked a gal where the items were and she was very friendly and detailed with her directions on which aisle, which side, and where along the items were. Unfortunately, for tension rods and curtain hooks, the options were far and few.Upon self-checkout, there were employees actively directing the line. They were also helpful with coupon usage and how to ring it up.

My parents experienced racial discrimination by Jerry who is a supervisor in the hardware department. Rude and very unprofessional.

This Home Depot has got to be one of the WORST customer service I've ever had. I used to work for Home Depot & to see all the Workers be grumpy have an attitude ignore you& when you ask for help they andwer with rude response , the guy from paint , some old guy white hair sitting behind the paint counter, he even started yelling at me when I told him he was USELESS...

Just a weird experience, aside from social distancing I'm in the self checkout and a employee just randomly grabs a item I want to buy a just starts looking through it? So are we just gonna start profiling people with tattoos, she open the box found nothing I told her I don't want it anymore absolutely the most rude thing ever you don't treat every customer like they're stealing that's why you have security, that's what they get paid for.Didn't even look me in the eye, didn't even talk to me she try to do it without me seeing. Please re-train your employees before I become a Karen and pull out my phone and record everything. All jokes aside I am still irritated I was treated like some criminal.

Thanks to Amy, in the Paint Dept, and BEHR representative Frank. They helped me figure out paint for my business and it turned out great.

Rude and lazy workers. This rating is solely on customer service. My brother wanted to buy a power saw and asked for help. Over 10 minutes and no one showed up. I had to set the alarm off to make 5 workers come running all at once. Once we got their attention, the one who stayed and helped us was so annoyed that he actually had to work and didn't even get us what we wanted and ran off. We took our money to Lowe's.

CSRs were helpful to direct me to where to find the items I needed, the self-checkout were a problem in regard to certain stuff had multiple different barcodes and the receipt printer not working. I shouldn't be doing someone's job...

My husband and I came to purchase some plywoods and needed to get them cut in halves. An associate called for assistance and two young men came over to the cutting station. They were very rude to us, "What you need?" We told them that we would like for them to cut each piece of plywood in halves. We asked how much and they pointed to the small 8"x11" paper posted on the wall obstructed by an employee's water flask, "The prices are on the wall." We looked and looked but was still unable to read the sign. Finally, one of the young men looked annoyed and explained, "First two cuts are free but $1 each cut after that. The prices are on the wall." The experience left us feeling deflated and wished we had gone to the Home Depot at Riverpark instead. Next time we'll go to the Home Depot in Selma or Riverpark.

Zero stars. First, we came all this way (a half hour drive) to get a product that was listed on the website as "9 more in stock in store" and one employee said they do not carry. We asked to speak to a manager, as the website was usually not wrong and the manager was rude and gave us an attitude about being upset about being mislead by the website. Customer service has never been their specialty, but you'd think the manager has had training on how to behave when a customer needs their assistance. All I have left to say is: if I did my job as half a** as they did today, I'd be fired in a week. I have no empathy for adults who can't do their job properly.

What can I say Big box hardware store that keeps their prices , service and selection even keel, It's nice to be able to count on them when you need em! I used the little " order online then pick it up at the store " lockers for the first time. It was very fast and pretty cool. Would use again.

I would give this place a higher rating if customer service would improve. Every time I go and need help with something it would take sooo long just to get help....waiting after waiting....had to ask for help again since no one came to yet. Customer service is terrible!

Best Home Depot in Fresno. Very helpful and if the worker you ask isn't sure, they will ask one of their coworkers. Got some wood cut and they very helpful with answering all of my questions (stains, sanding, etc) about my DIY project.

Worst customer service ever in this Home Depot. Assistant and store manager can't do s*** and thinks we're trying to get s*** for free. Rented us a defected tool and try to say that we probably finished the job and just trying to rent the tool for free. Fool we wanted to rent another tool because we didn't want the same s*** to happen idiot. Why the hell would we rent another tool if we already got the job finished. I wouldn't go to this home depot again. Slow service and they don't know where their items are and direct us to wrong places in the store.
