For years I've been a loyal customer. There's a store close to me, They gave me a nice discount on everything for being a vet and they usually had what I needed. Boy has that ever changed. The items I get on my vet discount have neen reduced so much I hardly realize any discount. yesterday I was very disappointed. I went in to get 100 feet of romex style electrical wire and a couple of other related electrical items. All of the wire is now behind a locked gate. I waited for someone to come by and finally had to call the store on my ph. All in all I waited 20 min just to get one simple item and then they wouldn't give me the wire they took it to the checkout register. If Lowes is not doing the same I'm taking all my business there even though it's a bit further away. The Home Depot store is on Shaw in Fresno, CA. Been nice doing business with you... until recently.

Horrible service. Wasted my time after spending my money to wait for lumber they never brought out to me. Had to go in and get a refund after waiting like an idiot outside for over a hour.

So, today I decided to go to Home Depot and get some items for summer. I'm doing a mini remodel on the bathroom, and so I thought it would be nice to just apply for a Home Depot credit card. Well, I have to say that most employees here are nice and helpful, but I believe a handful lack customer service skills and just plain basic manners. I've read the other reviews and I have to agree to some degree. My only complaint is there never seems anyone to help, and when you ask, they are kind enough to help you and I appreciate that. I don't believe it is their fault that the store is large and have a constant flow of customers. Back to the card application. The girl assisting me kept conversing with other employees that were around, just flirtatious talk, and kept turning her back to me. I get it, she's young lol. Maybe this makes her day go buy faster. I just think more training needs to happen here with some of the younger employees. It wasn't an awful experience, all other employees were helpful and patient. And a plus, I got to shop with my new credit card... lol. Hope this Home Depot can hire more staff, it makes a world of a difference for a lost customer roaming the aisles lol.

Machines such as the chain cutting tool or the saw's for r cutting material to lengths are always broken. Staff is never to be found. I never leave with what I need.

There is rarely available staff for assistance. If you are able to find an associate, they are typically unfriendly. The store is always in disarray. It is rarely a good experience.

Ordered from this store by mistake on the app, cancelled, ordered from another location closer to me. Both labeled "N Fresno" on the app, didn't notice that. Now they are "N Fresno" and just "Fresno." This store charged my card, even though I cancelled over the phone within minutes of ordering. Okay, maybe that's just the way it works. But that was Jan. 31, today is Feb. 16, still no refund. After 3 weeks of calls and texts, a total of 4 hours on the phone, the final answer after 2 hours on the phone today is, "we're not sure, you should go to the store in person and they should be able to help you." It's not close to me which is why I cancelled the order in the first place. So now I have to drive all the way over there in the hope that they will be able to figure out in the store what their online and billing departments have not been able to figure out. I'm not confident. $272, I may just write it and Home Depot off and move on. Lowes, here I come I guess.

AFTER struggling with the dude that made (or tried to) make my keys, Brianna (sp) swooped in and made me forget I was frustrated. Brianna is so amazing and helpful!!! Y'all need to appreciate that one, please thank Brianna again for helping me!!

It was late at night and you would expect employees to be tired by that time but this was not the case manager Ming was very helpful and constantly at our beck and call. He helped us even past closing time because he truly cared about serving the customer. Although unable to understand Spanish he was very much understanding with our Spanish speaking mother. If you need any help, I would most definitely ask Ming, very helpful and very kind.

Went to by lumber to re build my fence. Well no shocker that the lumber was not marked with the size nor the price. Customer service is non existence. Either they don't work in lumber or they are to busy talking to each other. Good luck getting any help. GO TO LOWES

Patty is awesome, helpful and overall a positive attitude! I was there to pickup what I thought I put curbside order...well I selected customer service p/u. As I was parked trying to figure things out text I was there, which alerted Peggy. She help me figure it out, got my order to me within minutes. She is awesome hang on to her, she is reason I will continue to shop at Home Depot.
