Had an appointment with Rose at 3 at 4:15 I was still sitting in the waiting area
No one has called me and apologize or nothing I would not recommend this place horrible and the tax preparers there seem to be unknowable of this job

The office staff are great!! Beware of the SPRUCE CARD!!!!!! DO NOT GET THE SPRUCE CARD. MY RETURN HAS BEEN ON MY CARD SINCE THE BEGINNING OF APRIL BUT I CANT TOUCH IT. I GOT MY CARD ON APRIL 5TH IN THE MAIL. ATTEMPTED TO ACTIVATE CARD ON SATURDAY THE 6TH. SPRUCE COMPANY INFORMED ME THAT MY CARD HAS BEEN RESTRICTED DUE TO FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. HOW CAN THERE BE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY ON A CARD THAT HAS YET TO BE ACTIVATED. NOW 3 WEEKS LATER, the system that they want me to use to authenticate myself is not compatible with my phone. I have called customer service to have upper management call me at least 4x and they keep sending me the link for the online system instead of calling me. I am in the process of figuring out if a lawyer will take my case. BEWARE OF SPRUCE

This place sucks, had appointment they never filed my taxes. Never called gave them all the information. My tax person was Helen. Had to call them to delete my information after 2 weeks. They are as ghetto as there location. Don't ever go there!!
