“I see lot of bad reviews here for Fidelity, and I can't comment on any of the other escrow officers, but Adam Turner and James Sweeten are the absolute best in the business. I do quite a few real estate transactions and have dealt with many different title companies over the years, but I can say hands down Adam and James are always my go-to. Was forced to use Old Republic recently due to sellers preference, and it was night and day when compared to dealing with Adam and James. With Old Republic, I had to follow up with the Escrow Officer several times to get an email reply which is the opposite when compared to Fidelity. Adam and James are EXTREMELY responsive (responses to emails often within minutes) and they are some of the most knowledgeable escrow officers in the business. They are the G.O.A.T.s of the escrow industry in Fresno.”
