They recently upgraded their equipment and now I get really decent speeds and I can game with no problems. I definitely had issues for a while, but they continuously came to fix them and for free. Robert is my hero. If I wasn't already married, I'd invite him to my wedding.

Company does not answer the phone, send invoices in a timely manner, or respect their customers. Very disappointing company. My business would be in better hands with a more known ISP.

I've been with Integrity networks for several years and I appreciate that they are so focused on customer service. Always quick to fix any issues and offer support. Yesterday, Jeff came out to upgrade my equipment and he really went above and beyond. He set up ports so I could do a point to point myself, he helped get all my devices connected, even showed me a better way to make Cat5 ends. He helped my elderly mother set up her Google dot and was able to get wifi out to my shop. Jeff was customer focused, had a great attitude, despite it getting late in the day, and he did a great job.

UPDATED REVIEW: There are some companies who don’t go out of there way and there are some who do. I am thankful to say that Integrity reached out and wanted to know how they could better assist my father and me with our internet needs relating to my previous preview. James, one of the owners took his time to go over my review and do exactly that. We went over what we currently had and made some adjustments to better help both parties. I am truly thankful that this company takes reviews serious and does what they can for their customers!

Honestly this is the best internet provider I have ever dealt with. Customer service has never let me down. They are great when it comes to connecting and relating to the customer and as a person who likes to play video games often and lives outside of city limits I will always recommend Integrity Networks.

New customer, absolutely awesome service. I called on a Friday and had internet installed on Tuesday. The installer was very knowledgeable and did a great job mounting their equipment to my house and they offer lots of options on pricing to suit your budget. I opted for a fairly expensive high speed package but my family are data hogs and we need all the speed we can afford. I will be recommending them to anyone else in the rural areas outside of fresno as they have finally given me what I've spent 2 years looking for, consistent, high-speed internet at a price I can afford. Oh and last but certainly, not least, NO CONTRACT!!!

Very nice and professional business. They were very helpful. I'm glad I took the right step and changed my internet service. My son's online schooling for high school after one day getting the new internet installed he got off school and was happy and not stressed out for having sucky internet.

I was having trouble getting my new Vonage phone account connected properly, so I called Integrity for help. James answered the phone right away and had the problem corrected for me in a matter of minutes! Having immediate help available from a group of people who know what they are doing and get it right the first time is amazing!

Just got my internet installed today and I just want to say how incredibly happy am to have internet in the middle of nowhere (country lol)!! We have 6 children in school and due to Covid, all 6 will have to do distance learning until further notice. Because of this, I will also be working from home until further notice as well. I needed fast and reliable internet. I work off of a CRM that will allow me to make calls via VOIP. I was very skeptical at first since all I've heard about internet in the country was that it was SLOW and very unreliable. However, I needed internet and so I made the call. First company I called were 5 weeks out until install. I called Integrity, and they were able to fit me in their busy schedule the very next week :D. They came today ( 2 gentlemen) wearing face masks (for safety of coarse) and they introduced themselves. Very polite & very knowledgeable. They installed my internet and even gave me an extra modem (at no charge) because my house was little big. They even gave me a free extension cord because for some reason the wall sockets in my temporary office was not working. I've been working and making calls via VOIP without any issues for 3 hours now. Customers can hear me just fine and I able to have so many tabs open at the same time ( I have 2 screens for ease), literally have like 10 websites open. I especially love the fact that they do not have an 800 number. They are local and whenever I call (called them like 4 times total) a gentlemen picks up every time. No pressing 0 for operator.. No waiting for 30+ minutes... I'm just bummed, I didn't call them sooner! I hardly ever write reviews, so I don't know if I'm talking to much. But, I need to give credit where credit is due! Super SATISFIED CUSTOMER! The name "INTEGRITY" truly matches!-Lynette

Great service when others couldn't provide in our area. Also, you can call and get a real person and not an automated service.
