I waited in a long line upstairs men's department only to be told the exchange had to be done down stairs, then I went downstairs only to be told it was past the exchange policy which was only by 4 days. They said I could resell it or donate it. LoL, not a shirt that cost $25. I know there is probably an override that could be done. As a manager that works in customer service, theirs wasn't good and I was going to purchase double of what I was exchanging. Won't go back there.

Worst customer service.all associates have so much attitude.no one likes to help if u ask question about product or coupon,they just send u to cash register for a simple inquiry about a product.there mobile application was also giving trouble by not scanning price and I dont see price check anywhere in the store.another thing to know is they dont do price match with their website price.(this is what the associate told me).Today I have another bad experience in the store,I was waiting in the line of check out to check the price of an item,the associate was helping a lady in front of me.That lady all of sudden started talking about my ethnicity and culture.She was passing racial comments about me,and then approched towards me as if she was going to hit me.I walked back to protect my self and asked the associate Ramero to plz call security but he did nothing and was watching all this quietly.He did not said her to stop and be respectful to other customers.Then that lady left the store.i asked store associate Ramero that I thought you would take some action and he did not bother to apologize or say anything and started blaming me,i thought she was with you and you are interacting with her.I did not talk single word with the lady and she was about 3,4feet away from me and if she was related to her,how she would be so racist towards me,it shows associate Ramero handled everything very unprofessionally.i think Jcpenny should work on customer service. update:I called the JC penny customer service to file the complained.They gave me a complained number after that haven’t heard anything from them.I sent them email to follow up on my case but no body replied till date.

I am a loyal customer, and have been coming to JC Penney Salon to get my eyebrows waxed for the last 25 years.
Nasrin is the best! She is so kind, and makes you feel like family every time! Highly recommend!
