“I went in today to shop around for an engagement ring for my lady. Michael began helping me and as someone who is not a jewelry person he broke everything down and made sure I understood the different components to the rings. He assisted my girlfriend in checking her ring size and showing her every different ring she asked for. He made sure that any question she had was answered in detail. We then went to other jewelers around Fresno and the customer service was nowhere near matched. Michael was not pushy to get me to spend more money and focused on getting my lady exactly what she wanted and making sure her needs were met. I appreciate these guys making this process easy.”

“Mr. Albert Kaz is a true artist! I had the opportunity to look at his creations while I waited to be helped. From simple to intricate designs, all his jewelry is striking and beautifully crafted. He is kind and generous, also, as he helped an elderly couple ahead of me with the gentleman’s watch, and didn’t charge them for the time he spent making sure it was working well. I went into his store to get my wedding ring cleaned, polished, and resized. I was very pleased with the time and cost to care for it. Other places I called required a minimum of 3 days, but he did all that work in only a couple hours. My ring now looks like new again!
