Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Johnstone location. This store exemplifies poor service and disorganization. My team was given the runaround for over three hours, only to be charged for an item they didn’t even have in stock—despite the fact that we ordered it a week in advance and were told it had arrived.
To make matters worse, the part in question was a Bosch warranty coil barely three years old, which should have been a straightforward process. Instead, it turned into a waste of time, money, and resources. There was zero accountability, and no effort to make things right.
Between the unreliable service and questionable handling of Bosch warranty items, I strongly recommend avoiding this location—and frankly, think twice before investing in Bosch equipment if this is the kind of support you can expect.

Their hours say they close at 5:30 I arrived at 5 and they said they where closed and they always close at 5 please fix your hours on google

The man on the phone was very extremely rude and he would not talk to me since I am not a contractor. He actually hung on me when I was talking to him. I wouldn't even give him a star if I could. He doesn't deserve one!!!
