I ordered shoes online and was denied the return in-store because the cashier said they looked worn. I tried one shoe on in my house. I sent pictures of my shoes to their online customer service and was granted the return, but now I have to pay $8 for a shipping label. I have a feeling this store only denied my return because they didn’t want to affect their sales metrics for the day. I will not be buying shoes from journeys again.

I went to the store as the shoes ny daughter wanted for school showed in stock. They weren't so I ordered shoes through the store because they said it would be faster than ordering myself online. They said the shoes would be here in 5-7 business days. I kept checking the tracking but no updates. Finally 6 days after I ordered it said shipped. Now 8 days after still no other update besides "shiped" my daughter started school 2 days ago with out her new shoes. I won't order through them ever again. I used to shopthere for my boys but will probably go elsewhere now.

The service was sooo good. The only thing I would recommend is asking if it's men or woman's sizing. I'm stupid and thought it was women's and I didn't want to keep asking for a size down over and over. So I just a full size up bc I thought it was in women's. They had to order them. The only good thing is I can take them back in but now I'll have to order the new ones as well. The good thing is they ship it to ur house and it's free!! U can also do in store pick up. That was my mistake tho so just make sure u ask. I wish I did. But customer service was so good they were so nice and helpful and made convo. The sweetest people in there!! I wish I woulda got their names!

I loved the journeys store at Tulare outlets, customer service is spot on, they are super friendly. The one in fashion fair, i can say the exact same thing. I don’t remember the girls name but she was super nice, she was fast and helped me pick a shoe my son loved. I think she brought out like 5-6 different shoes in different sizes since shoes all fit different, i kept apologizing but she didn’t make me feel like i was being annoying and didn’t rush me at all!I will be back!

My son needed shoes for choir and I called ahead to see if they had what we needed. The associate new exactly what I was looking for and assured me they had what we needed. When we walked in the store we were helped immediately. I really appreciate the level of service and knowledge both associates that helped us had. I will go back!

I bought a pair of shoes and they had to order them because they didn't carry my size. Fair enough. The salesperson talked me into vegan leather, which I didn't really want. When they arrived, I returned them, citing that I wanted actual leather. A different salesperson asked me several questions about why I preferred leather, tried to get me to commit to the non-leather shoes I had. When I insisted on a return, he accused me of "applying something" to the shoes and refused to perform the return. I'd only had the shoes about an hour! I had to wait for a manager to do it, and I'm glad she did, but I'll never be returning to that store.
