I absolutely Love this nail shop..Kim captures my heart and soul everytime her style and creativity is superb . the customer service is priceless. she treats all her clients as if they were royalty š all the services offered there are top quality. Worst experience at a nail salon ever. The girl doing my nails was so completely ruthless and ripped off my old set despite me being in pain. She made me bleed several times. I walked out before even finishing them. Kim the owner is great but her employees not so much.

Omg the lady that runs this salon is so sweet and puts in time and care into her clients communication is not an issue either she speaks great English and does great artwork thank you so much š also had my eye brows on pointā¤ļø

I got a acrylic set done here with my mom and sister but I was the only one rushed and and my nails came out rushed and slby the time I left 30 minutes later all the gems fell off and rhe polished was cracked.. but rhey didnāt with my mom and sis.. the girl took their sweet as time with them and they ened up with better nails so if ur coming here just go for the blonde girl I guess im not coming here

I wanna preface this by saying they do really good nails and toes (inconsistently, they rush sometimes)I just had a bad experience and didnāt like the way it was handled. New girl destroyed my toes and was super careless. They were messy, crooked, different shades and there was mad crust all around multiple toes and my feet still had so much dead skin. She was on her phone 80% of the job and massaged me with one rock LMAO. It was my bday too so I was pissed and when I went back to get them fixed she had so many excuses and tried to say the color looked bad bc Iām dark but 1. My undertone is olive so green looks good on me and 2. I picked the color bc it looked bomb on this black girl I seen. She claimed they were crooked bc my nail was cracked and she had to cut it but didnāt recommend I add acrylic until I went back. Then said my cuticle was uneven but nail techs Iāve been to always make it longer so it CAN be even if necessary. Regardless of her excuses it didnāt explain all the crust and messy clumpy polish. Like girl shouldāve just owned up to the trash job and fixed my stuff but instead they charged me to change the color and add the acrylic. I was 4 min late and they tried to have me reschedule claiming I was cutting into other appointments but when I got there the girl was still working on someone else and there was no one else waiting so they were just being petty and unprofessional. I definitely wonāt be going back. I pay less at better places that actually leave my feet/toes neat and soft. If you do go DONT get your toes done by the white chick she needs more practice clearly. Iāll post what I wanted vs what I got and then the āfixedā job. My toe nails were long so I didnāt ask for acrylic but Iām sure they wouldāve still came out a crooked crunchy mess bc one toe was still crooked after the acrylic and there was still dead skin around my big toes after the redo. Also I took my mom here for Motherās Day and tho they did a good job I paid for the deluxe but the chick was rushing and didnāt do the bath bombs or fruit in the water and kept wiping the dead skin on the top of my momās foot but still charged me for a deluxe and was salty I didnāt leave a large tip when I shouldāve left her none. Some of the girls need to check they attitude including the owner. A couple are bipolar Love the pretty Asian girl that does the pedicures tho sheās sweet and very talented, the owners mom is coo too but the other chicks meh.

I went to k k nails to get my brows done, when I got home and look at myself in the mirror they were uneven they looked a mess. And the price was $75. Which is over priced. I am looking for a place near where I live. But I guess I will be keep looking. Very disappointed. One brow was darker than the other, and had a different shape.

Absolutely terrible experience! If I could give this place negative stars, I would.
This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The staff was incredibly rude and acted like they were doing me a favor by simply acknowledging my presence. I asked for Acrylic French tips, and not only did they rush through it, but my nails ended up lumpy and uneven. she cut my finger with the electric nail driller and was blaming me that I was moving my hand, OMG she was such a lair. Save yourself the trauma. Go anywhere else. Heck, buy a bottle of nail polish from the dollar store and do it yourselfāit'll look ten times better.

I don't like doing negative reviews but I went in to get a pedicure and ended with a bleeding right toe nail and left infected toe nail. My toes were not bothering me of no ingrowns when I went in yet the nail tech made my right big toe bleed as she cut down the sides of my toe nails. I had never had someone cut & pull the sides of my big toes nails before and I get my toes done every 2-3 weeks. She said I had 3 sides of my two big toes ingrown and just started cutting the sides and pulled them out. Hence why one started bleeding. The worst part was that my left big toe got infected! It's so painful. It started to get very swollen and discolored. I had to go get antibiotics. I'm so sad since I was going to get pampered and now I'm just in pain.

I love this nail salon Iāve been going here for years highly recommended if youāre looking for a great relaxing spa treatment! Siri and Kim has always made me feel so welcomed I love their work just amazing always satisfied. Most importantly their prices are really good. They do take walk ins but itās better to call and make a appointment.Thank you K K Nails see you again soon?

I came in about 7pm for a fill and pedicure which at the time was only one employee available. I was unsure if I would be able to get them done but she got me in and was very helpful and sweet. Very good work and I've never felt more welcome at any other nail salon like I did this evening. Good work and great company. I found my new nail spot.

Siri did an absolutely wonderful job on my nails. Elegant and beautifully done. I'm definitely going back to have her do my nails. She's my new go to girl for fabulous nails!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
