Kaiser Health Plan B Phy is a healthcare provider that has received mixed reviews from its patients. While some aspects of the facility and staff have been praised, there are also concerns about consistency in following proper protocols. On the positive side, Kaiser Health Plan B Phy is described as having a great surgical team, including Dr. Reza, who is highly skilled and personable. Patients have appreciated the friendly and helpful nurses, as well as the pharmacy staff who assist those being discharged. The facility also has ample parking available. However, there have been some issues raised about the organization and clarity of the facility. Patients have struggled to find the correct building and entrance, with the signage and directions needing improvement. There have also been problems with communication, such as not being informed in advance about the need to provide a urine sample. Perhaps most concerning are the reports of inconsistency in following basic safety protocols, like properly wearing masks. Patients have observed medical staff, including nurses, not adhering to the facility's own mask requirements, which undermines trust in their professional practices. There have also been issues noted with the general cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. Overall, Kaiser Health Plan B Phy seems to provide quality medical care when everything is functioning well, but there are concerns about the consistency and attention to detail in their operations that need to be addressed.

Confused. I made an appointment for possible cataracts. KP sent a questionnaire and on that form they asked which refractive lenses I wanted, told me how fast I would heal, blah blah. I get there and was told they don't do refractive surgery! What in the world??!!
