There is a young male who works there, not sure if he is the manager or a supervisor but needs to tone his attitude down! As my friends and I were shopping around, we noticed how bossy he was to 2 young girls working there. Treat people the way you want to be treated, sir, and ask nicely for things!

Plenty of merch (not incredibly affordable, though). Upstairs location carries a variety of textbooks. Clean and well-maintained. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Extremely rude young lady at checkout that was bothered by customers. Why does she work here? They must be so desperate for employment. She has ZERO customer service skills. I guess this is Fresno State.
