I recently remodeled my bathroom. I had to get it converted into a handy cap bathroom since it was difficult to walk into my old tub. Vivian guided me through the entire process from start to finish of my bathroom remodel. She took me to a tile shop and there my wife and I picked our tile that we likes the best. She also helped us choose the fixtures and helped us stay within budget. We went over our budget but that's ok, we love our choices. Her crew of workers are very clean and would often bring us donuts. We loved this company so much that we had our neighbors over after the remodel and they too are looking to remodel with them. We are looking into doing our kitchen next year and we will be calling Keystone Kitchen and bath with that too. They came to take professional pictures and were told they would be on their website soon.Services: Cabinet design

Remodeling a kitchen can be a daunting task. There are a lot of variables that go into a renovation so it’s important to have the right person to help you along the way.My husband and I are so glad we found Vivian and her team of professionals. She walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. That included helping us with picking out the finishes, ordering and scheduling. Which would have been very difficult for my husband and I to do on our own since we both work full time. We pretty much new what we wanted as far as design and Vivian made sure it got done.Everyone that came to work on our kitchen was very nice and professional and took the time to make everything look perfect. My husband and I are thrilled with our new kitchen! If we’re not cooking in it, we’re just sitting around the table admiring it! With Vivian’s help, we would do it all over again.Services: Cupboard installation

My experience with Keystone Kitchen & Bath went great and I would highly recommend their services. They helped me with a small kitchen update with demo of countertops and installation of new ones as well as backsplash. I look forward to working with them again and already have projects in mind.Service: Remodeling

My wife and I just relocated from the East coast and purchased a fixer upper in Clovis. Keystone was recommended to us by our church pastor. They had made a few donations to our church when they remodeled the kitchen a few years ago. We ended up doing our entire house, floorings, and painting. We did put 2 full bathrooms and kitchen. At first we weren’t sure if our budget would allow us to fully renovate the entire house. Vivían helped us set up a realistic budget for us that would work. We got what we wanted without cutting corners. Vivian gave us a few options that best described our style and that would keep our estimated budget. We love our new floors, counters and custom cabinets. We have recommended Keystone to all of our friends. Some our kitchen pictures are in their Facebook page. Go check them out.Services: Cupboard installation

It will be difficult to capture the exact experience my wife and I had with Vivian Sojo and Keystone Kitchen and Bath during our proposed kitchen remodel due to google’s 4K character limit for reviews. But I will try my best to both be fair to Vivian as well as accurately portray our frustrations with her, which ultimately lead to Vivian cancelling our project and keeping our 1500 dollar deposit. A couple of mistakes I made were not getting anything in writing about what services were covered by the deposit prior to paying it, and also not getting other contractors to come and bid the job. I later found out that a local company could make and install the same style cabinets that Vivian sells for 14K less than she was charging me.That being said, initially Vivian was very pleasant to deal with. She responded to my questions, and really tried hard to get our kitchen design in place before the new year so we wouldn’t be subject to a 5% price increase from Lectus/Merit (she is dealer of their cabinets). However the first major red flag occurred when she came to do her final measurements and presented us with the first official estimate for the job. Using all Merit cabinets her quote was about 56K. Using mostly Lectus cabinets and three Merit cabinets (due to my request for three pull out cutting boards which is apparently custom and Merit only), it was almost 48K. When we had first met, she told me that she could do this job with a budget of 30K, not including appliances. You can imagine my surprise when the bill came in at almost double our budget with no ability to get my deposit back. The second major red flag occurred after her contractor determined a wall we were going to remove couldn’t be fully removed like he had initially said. Vivian took it upon herself to radically redesign the kitchen around a 6x6 post that would now replace the wall. When my wife and I decided it wasn’t practical for our small space, we could tell she seemed frustrated by our decision. After this, she was reluctant to make a minor modification to her original design that accounted for the partial wall removal and post saying “it won’t look good”. When I pushed her, she said that she understands that I feel uneasy about the remodel (which was not the case), and that it usually doesn’t take this long to move forward. She then went on to say that she had already done numerous layouts (2 total) for me and to take my time to reflect on those, and that she wants to make sure we are a good fit and aren’t wasting each other’s time. For me, this came straight out of left field. Her contractor screwed up, she gets an idea of her own volition and completely redesigns the kitchen, then when we don’t choose it decides we may not be a good fit??? This interaction really soured things between her and I because it made me feel hesitant to ask her about any modifications to the kitchen design - which if I’m not mistaken is what I had paid her 1500 dollars for. She eventually gave in and made the slight modification, but things were never the same after that. Her communication became less frequent, and we could tell she wasn’t prioritizing our project. Eventually, when I confronted her about this, she cancelled our project and kept our deposit without fully finishing the design. There were numerous other issues along the way, such as forgetting key project details after discussing them on multiple occasions, an incredible amount of typos in her communications, forgetting to send or sending the wrong email attachments, not providing us the information or samples we requested by the deadlines stated, not answering or only partially answering questions - even at one point saying she has “large projects from the Bay Area to LA” and just doesn’t have the time. Our lasting impression after the four month experience is that she is passive aggressive, generally unorganized, frequently rushed, late on her deadlines and sloppy in her attention to detail. We cannot in good conscience recommend her to anyone.Services: Custom cabinets

It will probably be ok for a Tract homes but not for custom. Basically the owner is like a broker who just sublet the order to different installer. The workmanship is very ordinary and very poor follow up and no pride in ownership. I spent more than $25k with her but for simple repair or follow up to adjustment and fixing the problem, it was a big hassle. There is minimum flexibility with installation and more importantly just no backup of what they do. So you are at your own luck after the installation.Services: Cupboard installation
