There was a girl in the Sephora area that was really great! I was just walking through and she asked if she can help me? Because I had looked in the mirror and noticed dark shadows underneath my eyes. So she asked me do you need any help? I explain to her if she can help me cover up the dark spots underneath my eyes? And she did help me so much! I was impressed that she was so very knowledgeable about all the makeup!! her name is Elvira and she helped me pick out the perfect makeup. She really went out of her way to help me and I appreciate her very much! She needs a raise! She was an angel in disguise she really made my day! And I wasn't even planning on buying makeup when I went in Kohl's. I had only went to by my son some tank tops. Best experience!!!

My husband has a hard time to find his size in shorts. Kohl's have big & tall size for men. We were so happy to be able to not only find one pair but 3.

Nobody is there to help you in the department's even though you push the button for help nobody comes around, especially in the shoe department. I end up just leaving.

My first time shopping at a Kohl’s. Clean store, fun houseware, pet products and clothing. I found five cute dresses—-all on sale. Cashier was very pleasant and helpful explaining benefits/rewards for shopping at Kohl’s. Now I know about shopping at Kohl’s and will return.

To the ladies working customer service today at or after 4:30. You all are amazing and great. A lady came in and acted like a child toward the employees complaining about her wasted time after jumping in front of an entire line complaining that her son was in the car and she had to go being rude time and time again. After I was helped with professionalism while walking put I saw her wondering the store. Don't take it personal she was obviously looking for an issue. You handled it like a champ. Thank you for working so hard
