I like Kohl's for its options, many different items to purchase, and its reasonable prices. This particular store needs to do a better job of keeping the place neat and orderly. That said, the staff was friendly and professional.

We went to go find my fiancé a belt, he was able to find 3 that he liked. Lots of cute clothes and things that I kept wanting to look around and shop lol. Definitely recommend!

This store is horrible. They allowed someone to charge over $400 to my Kohls store credit card. They didn’t check and ID just let this person charge my card. When I asked the store manager he said they’re not required to ID I call the fraud department and they inform me that they have to ID. Don’t know who is lying. Now I have to wait 1-2 months and might get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous after this gets settled I am canceling this card.

Had issues finding stock of Nike shorts for men. Seemed like there were stock issues throughout the store. The checkout was a joke. 2 cashiers and 13 people in line. Took 23 minutes to finally get to the cashier. She was an awesome person.

Selections are adequate, very tidy and not crowded with merchandise. Could easily navigate to the sections of the store I wanted to see. Good sales.

It's going down hill. The wife had a hard time finding her size and things are all mixed up with close out items. Nothing is organized. The mens is better but selection is limited to their brand. I think this will be our last trip.

I get that they’re trying to stop theft, but they went from having fitting rooms all over the store to having one for everyone with two stalls for women, and ONE stall for men. I feel like JCPenney has become a step above kohl’s now.
