Do not shop here.The owner is not a nice person. She laughs at her customers and sees them as ignorant for buying her over priced merchandise. To their face she smiles but behind their back she sees them as a joke. Sorry if you have been a victim of her business scheme. I promise there are better people and places to buy from. Love yourself and do the right thing. Look for a more humane place to shop where your business is appreciated and you are truly valued as a customer.

I had a wonderful experience today shopping for a good pair of jeans. I originally found this gem on Yelp so I felt it was only appropriate to leave a review myself regarding my experience. A young lady by the name of Bryce (not sure if I spelt that right) was very helpful and made sure I found a pair of jeans that worked for me. I left with a beautiful pair of Mother brand jeans. It is hard to find good jeans, and this will be my official "jean store". I will be back! (:

Went in to this store. I have purchased in the past and I won't be going back. The person working there super rude, A brunette, was so super rude. I went to grab a T-shirt to take a look at it and she came charging at me with a very loud high-pitched voice saying that she just folded those and if I needed a size she would grab it. OK what would be the difference of her grabbing it versus me. I walk straight out she close the door behind me. I've never had somebody be so rude to me, while shopping. I will never walk in there again!

Love the store, the employees are willing to help out in any way they can. La Rouge carry's the best, most luxurious brands, no other store in Fresno compares! I Fell in love with the brand re done and would've never discovered it without them, Can't wait to go back in the future!!

I love this store! I have never had so many complements. My stylist understands my body and always knows what to pull for me. She is honest and and so helpful. Everything I purchase is perfect for my lifestyle and make me feel so good! I feel so transformed! I discovered a best kept secret that has now become my favorite shopping destination.

La Rouge is the best place to shop in Fresno to shop for any women in your life (mom, girlfriend, sister). My girlfriend regularly shops here and the ladies who work here are really helpful when I need a gift for her. Great customer service and always willing to go the extra mile. The owner Farani has stayed well after closing hours to wrap gifts for me during Christmas time.

Best store in the Fresno area for jeans, cashmere, or any cute clothes! No place in town can compare to La Rouge, either in quality or clothing or customer service. Farani and her staff are always so helpful and go the extra mile to make sure I am beyond satisfied with my clothing. Excellent customer service, have been a customer for years and will continue to shop here for years! A true gem in Fig Garden Village.

Here is an update to my review of La Rouge. I obviously meant money back. Also, I decided to contact La Rouge via Facebook message about their return policy. That has been exactly one week and no one has replied. We have the paperwork that says store credit, but they don't seem to care.

Amazing customer service. I wasn't able to quite make it by six, the owner stayed and waited 30 mins for me while I chose a dress for my graduation. When I got there, she had three dresses ready for me and I loved 2 out of the 3 and got one of them. The experience was so easy and simple, appreciated the above and beyond service provided. Yes, the prices are higher but that's because of the quality and that will last much longer. I will continue to come here in the future.
