I would say I had a great experience. I came 20mins early and got seen early, the staff was nice and the place had ac and was clean. But their waiting room has exactly 10 chairs only so some people did stand outside.

like the other reviews mentioned, expect to wait a few hours since there is a lot of people waiting. the staff members are polite and friendly but it is very under staffed and crowded in that area, even if you arrive early.

I would like to say the staff there was professional and polite, especially under the circumstances of being Under Staffed! Please hire more staff so people are not waiting for over hour and half for their appointments. Thank you Mariah for your patience and customer service was highly noticed.
