I would say I had a great experience. I came 20mins early and got seen early, the staff was nice and the place had ac and was clean. But their waiting room has exactly 10 chairs only so some people did stand outside.

like the other reviews mentioned, expect to wait a few hours since there is a lot of people waiting. the staff members are polite and friendly but it is very under staffed and crowded in that area, even if you arrive early.

I would like to say the staff there was professional and polite, especially under the circumstances of being Under Staffed! Please hire more staff so people are not waiting for over hour and half for their appointments. Thank you Mariah for your patience and customer service was highly noticed.

Every time I come here most staffs are either rude or in a bad mood no matter what time of the day or what day of the week. I feel especially bad for the elderly and the people who don't speak English because it's difficult for them to communicate or understand. I only come to this location because it's nearby and it is convenient, otherwise, I probably wouldn't come here as often if I didn't need to.

Expect to wait when you come here because there are a lot of people. The 2 ladies working in the front was very professional and made sure they help everyone who came in. They got through all the patients quickly and as best as they could. They were very patient even though there was such a long queue. Overall it was a good experience for a walk in.

Whoever at the reception desk asking patients if they can fix the office paper shredder, is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! What does a patient going to draw blood have to do with your jammed shredder???

My experience was great. This isn’t my usual lab but I needed something quick as I had forgot to get them done prior. The lady at the front was very nice and the they moved very quickly to get me back. The draw was painless and I was in and out within approximately 10 minutes. I will say, the waiting room is extremely small

Once again forced to go to Labcorp for work labs.
I saw patient stickers with names laying in the trash can beside me. I picked the labels up and asked the lab person is that was patient names. She acted like it was nothing and I tossed it back in the trash.
They also are using the same tourniquet on everyone. They lay it on the table and just use it over and over. Labcorp is disgusting
