Dr sent me through email the lab paperwork I went in and checked in .. no one helps you check in you don’t know what to choose on the screen as far as why your there .. then the lady in the front is so rude she calls my name I go up to the window and she asked for my lab work paper I tell her I have it on my phone she gets this nasty attitude that we can’t show her the email or phone we have to print the paper but my dr and the email clearly stated that we don’t have to print the paper we can just show them the barcode the way she talked to you made you feel very unwelcomed and then there are two other people in the area with her just staring at you while she is talking to you this way if I didn’t need to get this done honestly I would have just left I’m not recommending or wanting to come back again

Worst customer service they can provide rude people dont have any respect for their patients speaking rudely and disrespectfully. Needs to train their receptionists on how to speak with elderly and kids.

Lady handling drug testing is just mean and rude for no reason. Maybe she was having a bad day, but other people confirm this is how she is. Doesn't want to even talk to you, would rather cancel your appointment before even talking to you about the information. Waited forever and had to pee so badly, but kept making me wait despite having an appointment time. Being rude and making you wait for 40 mins to pee is low. If this wasn't required to work, I'd never go to this location.

The phlebotomist that works in this location and also does work On the front desk Was very rude. I don’t know her name because I didn’t see a badge or name tag and it looked like there was not any other employee working with her. Maybe she’s trying to do her job as fast as she can or she is stressed out But the way she speaks to people needs to be improved because she is unprofessional.
I would not return here for any of the services.

The technician was professional, respectful and helpful.
The receptionist wasn’t nice.

Came on February 26th after completing an online appointment and had no issues with waiting. I was called right on time, and the receptionist handled my question regarding my forms very professionally. Seeing the reviews had me worried, but I would honestly come back.

I had a good experience here. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The receptionist was very sweet.
These people are very busy and have to deal with your bodily excretions all day. They have a job to do and they do it well and professionally. They don't have the time to hold your hand and answer a million questions about very routine procedures.
So please be kind to them and treat them like human beings doing a hard job.

I went in as a walk in and was able to check in using an electronic system. I was called back rather quickly and my phlebotomist was professional and kind which helped calm my nerves. I will definitely re visit.

Would not recommend it’s very hard to find this place every suite looked exactly same and they don’t have banner facing the street , when I went in there the lady asked me for a lab paper from my doctor but I wasn’t too sure what it was for so I left it at home and clerk was very rude about it and when leaving it is very small place and a rude client told me to watch out in a very rude manner could have just said excuse me it was a very tight space will never be going back to this location and it smells very bad in the office

I advise you try a different LabCorp location, even if it's a further drive for you. This place seemed quite dirty and it smelled strongly of stale smoke. I almost walked out, but I had been fasting and I was very hungry and just wanted to get it done. several people waiting, but I got in quickly, was the only plus. The receptionist does not appreciate questions and only alerts people to use the check-in kiosk. An elderly lady was really struggling with it, but she just sat there and wouldn't help her. The gal who drew my blood was friendly, once I started to converse with her. The whole environment was just kind of depressing. A friendly, helpful, compassionate receptionist seems like a must in a lab setting. I'm not sure why they don't insist on better people skills, I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews about the receptionist. This lab is in quite a sad state, staff-wise and visually. :-(
