The facility has plenty of space to fold laundry, a restroom, TVs to watch, and air conditioning with huge ceiling fans. It is open early and closes late, with parking in front and back. The location is convenient, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Customers report it is a chill place where staff will ask anyone making others uncomfortable to leave. The change machine is rarely out of order, and help is available if needed. Many customers have been going for years, are impressed with the cleanliness, and plan to return.
