Absolutely frustrated with this place. I bought a hat 3 days ago and it was the wrong size, all I wanted to do was exchange it for the right size. When I purchased the hat I made sure to ask for a gift receipt so I can exchange size if needed. I was given the receipt and was told I could exchange. I NEVER WAS TOLD ABOUT NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES! ( I WAS LITERALLY GIVEN A GIFT RECEIPT to be able to exchange).So, with all that being said, I went in today to exchange sizes for the same exact hat, and was told that I could not exchange it because there’s no returns or exchanges, but yet there was a gift receipt sitting in front of her face, That they gave me and proceeded to say “yes she definitely should’ve told you, but no, you still can’t exchange” Terrible customer service!

No problems, remember your going to pay the mall tax but their clearance was pretty good. The one associate was helpful and friendly. Worth a look

I went when the WBC was going on, knowing that it only comes every 4 years I didn’t mind paying the price. Also ordered stuff online with the standard 3-7 business days, it literate took a month to get here. My issue is the employees don’t really care about you, the just talk to each other and when they do help you. The charge what they want. I was overcharged $8 from the listed price on the hat. I’ll take my business elsewhere

My embroidery was crooked and the stitch patch was sticking out. wouldn't let me get a refund or exchange. wouldn't recommend going getting a custom hat there.

Visited Lids inside Fashion Fair Mall on a Sunday across from the food court. I knew what I was looking for so I went in and asked but they were out of stock and directed me to their 2nd location across from the Apple store. That particular site was smaller and their sales associates, even though I saw 4, they never even looked at us. I looked through their hats, searched for what I needed and it wasn't available. I got in line to ask an associate but again, couldn't be bothered. I get it, it's a busy day but take half a second and look around the store and you will find plenty of people who need assistance. Bottom line, I bought what I needed online and actually paid less. I wouldn't bother giving the store across from Apple store my business anyway

Always loved lids but this year man I'm sorry but I rather order from site or from another hat store always was at lids and got a bad experience hats are Koo but not customer service rare I go to lids now just to look at one or two hats and leave and order it online

Was just rejected out the store, was told they were closed. Confused on how I was able to walk out the mall and get to my vehicle in enough time within your store hours to submit this review. Never send a customer out of your establishment with store hours of operations when you close at 8 p.m.

I went and bought a hat as a Christmas gift and had it stitched. When I picked up the hat the color was different. The bottom part was pink and I remember not choosing that color because it's for a guy. I asked the guy with the glasses there about the hat and the wrong color and he said that it's not their fault, and that I chose that color. I decided to buy another hat to replace it and had to wait for over 30 min. When I came back the hat was stitched to the wrong side. I asked the same worker about it again that they had messed it up two times and if there was anything they can do about it. They talked back rudely and made it seem like it was my fault that they messed up on my hat. I was already furious so I walked out and the guy with the glasses followed me out. He told me that I can come back in a week when they have new hats in and get. I asked if they were going to charge me and he said "no". I also told him to write it down for me on the receipt and he said he didn't need to because he will remember me. I went back and the same guy who told me to come back acted like he never told me anything and told me he would never give out a free hat. This has to be the wrist place ever with rude and manipulative workers.

Went in and bought a hat. I greeted the girl at the register and asked how she was. She had a annoyed look and replied "debit or credit". Everyone in there were rude. Theybare in the business of costumer service. Be a little more friendly.

Compared to the last lids store we went to this one was great. We called ahead to see if they had what we were looking for and they had it and put it to the side for us until we got there and the guy that helped us was super nice, and had great pr! If you go to this one make sure you see Antoine, he will definitely get you together and you won't be disappointed. Thanks Antoine for giving us a much better experience, it made the world of difference. Just goes to show just bc you have a bad experience at one, you may not have the same at another.

Absolutely recommend this spot!!!! I took my son in to have a few hats embroidered and the gentleman behind the counter was above and beyond helpful!!!! The job came out great and the price was also right on point. ????
