I needed the regular oil maintenance on my car. A service technician came to my house to do the oil change. Since I live out of town it saved me a trip and the waiting time. This was so great!! I have never experienced this kind of service before.

Car was repaired perfectly and pretty quick. Needed a complete evaporator assembly which is no easy task. Only complaint is that I wish I would've known it was gonna take a few days so I could've gotten a car rental.

They were ready for me at the appointment time, They offered me a free car wash if I wanted one, I'll get one the next time now that I am aware of their service. Had a nice cool comfortable place to sit and wait, which wasn't very long at all. I was very happy with the whole process, I would not hesitate to return to Lithia at all or recommend their services to someone else.

These guys are a joke. So you can tell the real reviews from the fake ones because they all have either 1 star or 5 stars? This is the 3rd day they have had my car for a routine fix and I have heard nothing from them despite leaving multiple voice mails. Is this really how it is in california??? I will be dropping into get my car in a couple hours if I do not hear something soon. To be continued...Pretty much what I expected and yes 1 star is much more than what's deserved. It took 4 days to recharge the AC, they ignored the issues I wanted fixed with the car while bloating up my bill with unnecessary "system checks", dirtied up my car which was impeccably clean when I dropped it off, and I'm pretty sure they stole some of my gas! I am new to California but where I come from they at least wash the car while they steal your money from you.ReplyIt's not my job to reach out to you.

They need to read these reviews about service department .They are so hard to get ahold of and never return calls. Last time i had to drive over there to find out if my car was ready. Today i have called three time trying to get a call back and no call back. I love my lincoln but would not buy another lincoln just because of this service department . I try to take it to future ford when i can. I am a previous auto service employee and i never treated my customers like they do.

I am reviewing the service center side of the business, which is complete trash and a gang of liars.I had an issue with my TCM, which is covered under an extended warranty from Ford. I even received a letter from Ford stating the coverage and benefits.Made an appointment to bring it the following day.Morning of the drop off, I'm doing the check-in with the service person. Initially he was telling me there's no extended warranty on the vehicles. I assured him was and told him that I received a letter from Ford a few weeks ago. He miraculously found it and then told me it did not qualify. I pointed out in the same letter that he was showing me on his screen and big red letters that I qualify for one time fix. He conveniently missed that part, I guess. He hesitantly agreed and walked out to my car and started doing a look over for the check-in. Mind you, I have a check engine light on, also on the main screen dashboard screen, and in big bold red letters flashing on the screen read ENGINE MALFUNCTION SERVICE NEEDED. Also this morning comes on every time he turn on the car and stays on unless you actively hit okay to clear out the screen. On top of that I have already pulled some of the OBD codes from previous mechanics who have a combination of 40 years of experience, so I know what was wrong with it. I just needed Ford cover it.He supposedly notates all this down and tells me to come back in a few hours or call back. This was at 8:00 a.m.Give call back around noon. No answer. Gave him a chance. Called again at 2:00. No answer. Finally received the call around 5 :30 a bit after. They informed me that NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR! THERE WAS NO SYMPTOMS and NO ALERTS!Needless to say a long argument ensued. They can ask me if I can come pick up the car but they close in 15 minutes and I was at work which is about 20 minutes away. So they kept the car for the weekend.Same BS on Monday. No answer the phone calls. No return messages. Nothing. This time I went in person. And they're claiming the same thing. No alarms, no nothing supposedly. So ask him to pull out the car so could show them what's going on with him.And what do you know, supposedly all the alarms and indicators were going off. They're claiming oh we check the car all weekend. Weekend we drove it around. Which is a lie the service is close on the weekends confirmed by their management. They still have my car presently, and they're dragging their feet. Same BS. Don't respond the phone calls. I have to show up in person. They have my car hostage and I'm going to get the for all their worth. So if lithia Ford is reading this expect a formal complaint from better Business bureau, negative reviews and everywhere and a lawsuit

If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I had a terrible experience and was not impressed. I drove an hour to go see a specific vehicle they had in their show room. First, I was in their show room/lobby for approximately 10 minutes before I was ever greeted. All the employees were too busy on their phones or talking amongst each other. I passed by all their offices numerous times, and not a hello, hi there, what are you looking for, how can I help you. Finally, I was greeted by a gentleman, and he was friendly. I explained to him that I was aware of the recall that Lincoln was experiencing with their vehicles but that I really wanted to see the inside of the Lincoln they had in their show room. (I mean I just drove an hour) He went back to wherever they store their keys, came back and said he was unable to unlock the vehicle due to the battery being dead!?!?!? What was dead? The brand-new car? or the brand new remote? Let's note that the front windows to this specific vehicle were down, which was ok, but I wanted to see the back also. I proceeded to tell him that I was interested in buying this vehicle. (Since I have already test drove a Lincoln Aviator in the past) He advised me that he was not able to sell me this vehicle due to the recall. However, per ford memorandum dated May 16, 2023 nowhere does it state that a vehicle cannot be sold while it is pending repair. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I will not be returning to this dealership. I was ready to buy a vehicle and willing to wait for the recall to be addressed before taking it home.

I highly recommend Lithia in Fresno! We've purchased cars from here, and it has always been professional and the BEST customer service.Additionally, we have had all of our cars at their Service Department. They price matched tires for me, and performed quick and efficient services! Thank you for always taking care of us!

Had to take a vehicle back 3 times for the same vacuum leak and they still didn't fix it. The last time, they claimed "there is nothing wrong" (because it was warranty work). As soon as we accelerated to leave from the service area, the A/C went back to the defrost vent again and stayed. Then we waited too long to get back to them and now they want $225 diagnostic fee to look at the same problem they couldn't fix before. They said they have "nothing warranty wise to charge too and the mechanic needs to be paid". It was all focused in the time frame and their charging mechanisms, not customer service. So, they lose a 17 year customer over a problem they had tried to fix before, but couldn't, and one that was documented. We had to take the vehicle back after a major tune up before also. We usually follow all their maintenance suggestions and we were talking to another person about Lithia buying our vehicle, but not now. We had bought this vehicle new from Lithia. We don't trust them. They lost a lifetime customer over a simple vacuum line issue because of bad work, policies and attitude.

I had a really good sales experience. Alex and the finance guy were great. Purchased a used vehicle. My only complaint is the interior wasn't cleaned well. Still loads of pet hair in places you wouldn't think (in the HUD, between the interior door panel and the door, on the ceiling, and more), dirty gas hole, and loads of caked on dust under head rests and in the very visible weather stripping. Tops of windows were dirty as if they didn't roll the window down to clean it. I've bought many used cars in the past. This one seemed like they ran it through a car wash and dry-wiped the interior. My other issue is due to me not knowing the car and expecting there to be no issues with a certified used: there is no boost from the turbos. The car is still under manufacturer warranty so I'm going to have it looked at there. I love the car, and hope it can get repaired.Update: per their response, I emailed the address listed there. It's been a week. No response. Either they left me in drafts by mistake, or there was no interest in helping me. If there's nothing more they can do (can't get me in the shop sooner than the manufacturer) then it'd have been nice to have gotten that response.

I bought a car from Lithia ford of Fresno and a week later the radiator went out. And i took it back to them and they offer to fix it and we agreed to pay the other half. After that they didn’t call us for the status of the vehicle. I was calling them everyday to find out and they just kept giving me the runaround. Finally i get ahold of the service department and they told me it would be ready that day at 2. So i went there at 2 and they told me it wasn’t ready and that they ordered the wrong part. And it won’t be ready until tomorrow the next morning so I spoke with the sales manager and I was very upset and he told me that he would try his hardest to have it done by the end of the day so it ended up being done the next day. Two weeks go by and the radiator is leaking. Don’t buy a car here!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE experience getting my wife's car serviced. Her car was picked up at 8:45am. They told us diagnostic fee was $225 (which we were ok with) and then assured they would call us back with updates but they never did. I had to call and ask for the status and they AGAIN said they would call us back. At 5:00pm they still had not called back with any updates or even let us know if they needed to keep the car overnight. (they close at 5:30pm)I went in in person to check on our car and to our surprise, not only had they NOT diagnosed the car, but they wanted to charge ANOTHER $225 FEE so they could keep looking... They also did not mention or touch the breaks at all, and they still did not know what the noise in the car was. We asked to take our car back and they could not even give it to us the same day. They kept the car for a whole day to do absolutely nothing and ask for more money. We got NO ANSWERS, NO CAR AND WASTED A WHOLE DAY instead of getting our car fixed somewhere else. Horrible service, all they care about is money. Very disappointed and will not be getting our car serviced here.

My husband and I would gladly give 10 stars if we could. We continue to be grateful to Gabriel and everyone at Lithia Lincoln who went above and beyond in terms of help and service when our MK-Z broke down as we drove through Fresno on our way to a funeral in Los Angeles. They were able to provide a loaner vehicle as well as transferring luggage to get us back on the road in under an hour. All this on what was already a busy Friday for them. Everything was done with a smile. There wasn't the slightest sign of inconvenience. We needed help and they responded in a way that truly blessed our day! And Monday afternoon we had our car back as good as new! If I lived in or near Fresno I would be having the good people at Lithia Lincoln care for my vehicles. We will tell everyone we know how well we were treated and how grateful we are!
