I was greeted by Daniel right when I stepped out of the car. He was friendly and professional. He was not pushy and allowed me to have the car buying experience I wanted. It was a bit rocky, but smoothed out finally when I stopped being indecisive and asked for a white Impreza RS that was nowhere to be found in the valley. The team worked swiftly to make that a reality, and Daniel was happy to be sure I was good with my purchase. I would be more than happy to recommend this dealership to any of my friends and return myself.

I was there this week waited for a a while before they diagnosed my car . Then someone from the office had Michael my clerk for that day offer me lunch for the wait. Thank you so much. It is always a pleasure to be around people that understand their clients.

This review is solely for the Service Department, particularly my OUTSTANDING Service Advisor Jonathan Romero. Jonathan was absolutely amazing, compared to any other service advisor I have ever worked with with my time having a Subaru in my opinion he went above and beyond. I originally came from Modesto so I always used Modesto Subaru and have had some good service advisors and some sub par service advisors. Coming to Lithia Subaru in Fresno Jonathan was so patient in helping me deal with my insurance to have my windshield replaced, after dropping my car off I took the shuttle service to work (also the man who drives the shuttle is amazing as well) which in Modesto they only had Uber for us customers I enjoyed the shuttle much more than taking an Uber, the shuttle driver was kind and I enjoyed my little ride talk with him. My co worker brought me back after work to Subaru to wait for my car to be done upon having the car complete the shuttle service called me and asked if I needed a ride back, I wasn't expecting to get off work as early as I did that day anyway but I politely told him I was already at the dealer that I had been dropped off. He came in to check on me and make sure I met with Jonathan my service advisor said he was worried about me and how I'd get back in time to get my car! My insurance ended up not answering calls from either my service advisor nor myself although having 15 minutes before they closed to give payment over the phone to Subaru. I ended up telling Jonathan I would come back the next day and we would try again to get them to answer he asked if I had a ride and I let him know I got an Uber, Jonathan insisted I cancel the Uber and just take a loaner car home over night that he had it saved just in case and that I would just bring it back the next day. Anyway this is getting to be a long review now but long story short, I will always be asking for Jonathan if I need any more service done to my car! His service was outstanding and I would 1000% refer anyone who is looking to get service done to ask for Jonathan! Thank you for all your help Jonathan! 10/10 for service!!

Took my car in for an oil change on a busy Saturday morning, walked out with my car before noon. Took a little over 1hr from the time I arrived for service to complete. Waiting room was spacious with decent selections of goodies to snack on while waiting.Service team was diligent in explaining the work that was going to be performed. Once I got the car, they went over the work done on the car. I like the transparency, no unnecessary work was needed or suggested by the team. Highly recommend Subaru service team!

was in the area on 10/6/23 and walked in to have one of the salesman put my new plates on for me being I was so excited to have purchased my first brand new 2024 crosstrek but boy did I walk in to the most obnoxious UNPROFESSIONAL asshole ever! not only did he sarcastically refuse to screw on my plates but was upset at me (A customer) because the lovely dealership I actually bought the car from, hayward (one subaRu) of hayward to be ExACT stole their car sells. What an upsetting and unfortunate situation to be in. Hear me out ,if you're looking for your dream car with excellent customer service for a very good reasonable price . I hiGHLY recommend coming to ONE SUBARU OH HAYWARD! the lovely saleswoman name was Chia she is bommbb! You will NOT be disappointed. I will NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I don't know where they hire these ppl. I can totally see why the hayward location took your sales. bTW THE NAME OF THE JERK WAS PAUL GONZALES. Do NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP! THE WORST PART IS HE's THE MANAGER. Definitely needs to be demoted.

Salesperson said I had to put a 500 deposit to reserve the test drive for following day. Have requested deposit back. Getting the runaround saying he has to go through the finance department..Sounds like a scam

Steven professional & courteous. He was informative about why my car jerked each time I filled up with Costco gas. It wasn’t because of my Crosstrek I have not had a problem in 4 yrs of ownership. My wait time was over the estimate,seems this is common. I appreciate that they fully service my car.

I found the salesperson, Jose Guerrero, to be very helpful. He confirmed for me that the Forrester I was interested in was available. He was very accommodating in setting up a test drive and going over the existing inventory. He was easy to talk to and answered all my questions.

Our Service writer Mike was above and beyond awesome! 10/10 service from him. I can’t say enough about how he made this trip to the service department exceptional. It’s never fun bringing your car in for service but Mike took the sting out of it. You are very lucky to have him!!! We will request him in the future and recommend him to our friends and family.

Just wanted to share my experience and express how content I am with my car (Forrester), the dealership, and most importantly the staff, specifically with Mr. Brandon Beck. He was phenomenal, had nothing by patience and addressed each and everyone of my concerns. I went to the dealership looking for a new car. Tried talking to sales associates but kept getting ignored for over an hour. They would instead go attend other people, completely bypassing me. Mind you this was on a midweek afternoon, not a particularly busy time.I've never been treated like this at any other dealership. Seems like they don't want to sell cars. It's a shame too because I had made up my mind that I wanted a Subaru before going in, but now I'm so put off that I wouldn't buy one just to not have to deal with this POS dealership.

I worked with Victor and Bill at Fresno Subaru and they were great. I was in the market for a used car and they were very helpful, upfront and honest. The car buying process was made very easy. I'd highly recommend asking for these guys!!

I haves loved my past experiences but this last one started rough. I opted to come in behind another car into the bay because lane appeared smaller and cone print facing me made me think VIP. It took several minutes for someone to approach, not the usual treatment.I asked if I should have gone to the empty, he stated that "common sense would dictate such". When I responded with cone verbiage he replied "They're all marked that way". I flat told him he'd just called me stupid. We quickly changed tone as to not create further confrontational situation. Note to staff....joke about customers not following what you believe to be obvious. I just drove 90 minutes to finally get one of my lifetime oil changes on a day I had to be in Fresno. Jose, take this as a lesson not to insult your customers no matter how obvious something is to you. You need some customer service training as I hope never to have you do my intake ever again. Everything else was just fine.
