This location used to be my favorite. I travel a lot so I always grab Lush goodies for a treat while gone. It used to be my absolute favorite self care spot. Recently I’ve tried visiting twice in the last month or so and the vibes are definitely OFF. They seem to have gotten a new manager or something, I don’t know the culture has definitely changed. I asked a question about a bath bomb since I’d be using it in a hotels tub and the associate acted first as if I was an imbecile for even asking, and when I tried to explain why I was asking they then treated me as if I was a drag and fully wasting their time. I never got an answer. I resorted to calling another (kinder) location. The other time I went there I was largely ignored until they seemed bored enough to ring me up. They seem to have lost their magic, the bright quality that made you want to be there. I don’t know what it is but I hope the vibes come back.

Went into the store to browse and Montse was very helpful and educated me on the products and offered me a sample without having to ask. Along with Yvonne both were really helpful and friendly. I was also given a sample at check by Yvonne which I’ll be back for! Can’t wait to restock and visit. 😊

I went in here today, the day before Mother’s Day, to get my mom a nice face mask. When we walked in, we were not greeted. The workers proceeded to help every single person next to us and asked every single one of them if they needed help but not me and my fiancé. They watched us walk around the whole store just staring at us, we felt so judged and uncomfortable. When we were about to leave, a customer walked out, the worker said have a great day. We walked out shortly after and she just stared at us. Not sure what we did to deserve that kind of treatment but we will not be going back! We have never felt so unwanted in a store EVER. We felt so uncomfortable, we just walked out. We did nothing wrong and have been to this store previously in the past. 6 workers walking around just to eye us down and not say one word the whole time…

I love Lush. Everything smells so good. I bought the smaller size to try new things out, I loved all of them. I'm going back for the full size. Super Milk best leave in conditioner ever!

I stopped by on the way to work, which was right at 10Am when the store opened. Amity immediately greeted me when I walked in. She was very knowledgeable with all of the products and helped me find the best options that worked for me!!! I really appreciated all the time and guidance she provided. Lastly, she highlighted the new limited edition products. Overall amazing customer service, thank you again!

Drove from Visalia to pick up a couple things and look at knot wraps. Amity and Yvonne were super helpful and offered to show me some of the knot wraps not displayed. It was a really nice experience and they went above and beyond for me. I really appreciate them and experiences like this are why I drive 45 min to Lush.

I think her name is Amity (not 100% sure), but she has red hair, and she is the sweetest person I’ve ever met! I honestly started coming to this location just because of her. She always makes my day and has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Every product she recommended has become a must-buy for me, and I truly appreciate how kind and helpful she is. If I ever go to the store and she’s not there, I honestly get disappointed because she makes the whole experience 10 times better. She’s a gem, and this store is lucky to have her!

Visited this location in December 2024.
My wife and I are visiting family and stopped in to the Fresno store.
Amity was helpful with a few thoughts about lush products, had a positive attitude and was very favorable to work with. They’re definitely top notch for customer service, especially during the holidays! Made it easy to spend the $115+ in the store on cool goods.
Please do pass along our compliments and thanks to Amity, and their manager. These types of interactions are a huge reason we continue being lush customers after many years.
Solid location for a Lush, great selection of products, and outstanding customer service.

Lush is my all time favorite store, I would love to work here. Love the products and have been buying all my bath bombs and shampoo bars and body scrubs from only lush since 2018 when a friend introduced me to lush for the first time, I was hooked. Lush fan forever.

Had an amazing experience at Lush! Ari was incredible—she really took the time to listen to our concerns and gave thoughtful product recommendations. No pressure at all, just a friendly and welcoming vibe from the entire staff. Left feeling great about our visit and the products we picked. Highly recommend!!
