The person who helped me was okay, but she didnt have any customer service skills. Her name starts with the letter B, I wasn't able to catch her name. She is a Hispanic lady in the calone area, looks like she is in her 40s. She was giving me attitude for asking questions, being a smart mouth. She was working where the channel calones are. Once I was going to check out. She kept getting mad that the machine wasn't working and got mad that I didn't want to pay with the Macy's credit card. Honestly, out of all the times I've gone there, everyone has been helpful.

The women who works here named “Elena” is so slow and asked for a social security number from my dad, apparently for a “discount” my dad felt a little sketchy about it so he didn’t give the social security number but she asked a lot of personal questions. After declining the social security number info, she got mad and slammed my dads ID card on the table and didn’t talk anymore. Be careful with her she has an accent and has shortish white hair

Nice and clean environment. Macys is run out of the cologne/perfume that we are buying, the staff helped us to order & will send it to our house. Very accomodating.
