The kid was lucky I didn't drive over and knock his .... in the dirt. A few days later someone very nice contacted me and took the time to explain, was totally cool, and is trying to contact my insurance to help me transfer to the correct company insurance will pay for.

She listened to me and went way above and beyond to get me my equipment very quickly. She spent 45 minutes answering my questions when I picked it up.
