There were issues with my Primary doctors office sending a fax and Cindy at Lincare helped guide me through what needed to be done. “Well, recently insurance changed and received a rather disturbing call from someone wanting DME back, even threatening, to the point I hung up. The kid was lucky I didn't drive over and knock his .... in the dirt. A few days later someone very nice contacted me and took the time to explain, was totally cool, and is trying to contact my insurance to help me transfer to the correct company insurance will pay for.

“Just had replacement of my Airsence 10. Lasted about 4-years and thought that the replacement was being under warranty but learned that it was actually sold as a replacement. I understand that it will be covered by my insurance but doesn't make that fair.”
“Extremely nice people here, my brother just got out of the hospital, and the process to get him new colostomy bags ordered for him lagged due to poor communication from his skilled nursing facility (Sierra Vista) on release. They hooked him up with supplies to get through it. They saved us for sure, thank you everyone there, you are a blessing.”
